The absence of your name and of any details regarding your reservation prevents us to perfectly recollect the episode you are referring. We have been trying to figure out what might have happened, as your experience at the Beach Club seems quite unusual. In fact, the Excelsior Beach Club is one of the fewest place in the area equipped with a dedicate site for dogs, so that our Guests may enjoy their sunny days along with their pets.
