„die vilas kategorie der oberoi gruppe bietet high end personal service. die udaivilas sind das eigentliche highlight udaipurs und absolute pflicht. wer zwei nächte zur verfügung hat sollte das ebenfalls sehr gute taj hotel lake palace buchen. alle anderen hotels fallen deutlich ab. in den udaivilas unbedingt zimmer mit private pool buchen. die zimmerdekoration entspricht nicht unbedingt den high end ansprüchen“

„Wir haben das Resort mit 7 Personen und 3 Zimmern gebucht. Das Resort an sich ist wunderschön und es fehlt ihnen an nichts. Jedoch mussten wir die Erfahrung machen, dass unsere Taschen selbst immer Zimmer nicht sicher sind. Wir mussten nach einem erholsamen Pool Tag feststellen, dass aus 2 von 3 Zimmern Bargeld entwendet worden war. In Summe 15000 Rupien. Umgerechnet etwas mehr als 200€. Wir haben umgehend darum gebeten den Hotelmanager zu sprechen. Wurden daraufhin aber vom Dutymanager ...

„We stayed here for 2 nights to go on tiger safari. The property was excellent in all ways. The room was spacious and well appointed. „A beautiful camp site for a vacation. Tents are very comfortable with clean restroom. The night program by the local artists was fantastic. The food was really tasty and fresh. Mr. Padam was very friendly and made us feel at home. He checked on us and helped us with whatever we asked for with food preferences, The atmosphere was family friendly which was a benefit if you wanna stay with your family. One night stay in the tents is must try. It was an experience in itself.“

„Chegamos no hotel, e tivemos a surpresa de que o mesmo nao tinha um quarto para a duracao de nossa reserva, apos uma longa discussão com o hotel acabamos reservando o JW marriot ao lado por 4x o preco que estavamos pagando e exigimos uma noite gratuita no dia da chegada, os mesmos nos informaram que podiamos comer por cortesia no hotel como nao haviam taxis ou carros na propriedade para nos levar a nenhum restaurante.
