Vorsicht bei zu schmalen Betten
Gute Location, saueber, neuwertig. Hatten grosses Zimmer Die Queen Bette waren aber eine Katastrophe. Zum einem sind sie winzig, man erwartet 150 bis 180 cm, diese waren aber nur 130 cm. Zuzweit war wirklich eng (und wir haben 150 cm Bett daheim). Und zudem waren die extrem weich (und ich mag weich, aber das war ei deutig zuviel), bei jeder Drehung fiel der andere fast aus dem Bett, einmal tatsächlich sogar pasiert. Man muss lange Treppe beim Eingang nehmen, bevor Rezeption erreicht ist. Ich stand länger da, die Dame an der Rezeption konnte mich sehen und hatte mehrfach Augenkontakt mit mir, kam lange kein Page.. als er dann endlich da war, hatte er dennoch das Gepäck nicht übernommen. Und etwa 20 Treppenstufen mit 2 grossen Koffern fand ich als Frau nicht lustig. Restaurant im Hotel hat abends leider nur an bestimmen Tagen offen. Frühstück für 26 CAD Erwachsene und 13CAD Kind (plus Tax) war sehr gut.

Great little find. The construction across and around make the surroundings a bit messy but don’t let that stop you from staying. Hotel staff is tops I found the very nice, accommodating and welcoming. Don’t miss the little patisserie next door I believe it’s associate with the restaurant Boulay that is attached to the hotel. The restaurant Boulay was excellent service and food.

Room was on a very busy street and could hear loud bar below and anyone walking by being loud, Sat thru Wed. Everything else about the hotel (clean, modern, helpful staff) was great, especially the location. No room in valet but parking was easy just down the street.

The hotel was close to dining options and shopping. A downside to the property was the distant, hidden elevator, which was not easily accessible, and the steep staircase to the check in counter. Patrons have to carry their luggages up 26 steps!!

Le service de valais est beaucoup trop chère,l’odeur de la chambre c’etait on dirais l’odeur de la ventilation de l'hôpital. Mais le service était tres bien. Malheureusement ce n’ai pas le choix d’hôtel que nous aimons donc nous allons pas y retourner.

The staff were helpful and friendly. If you have a big truck check to make sure it will fit in the hotel's underground parking. If not, there is plenty of street parking, at least when we went (2nd week of March). The hotel is very close to all the restaurants, amenities, and attractions in Old Québec. The gym was small but everything worked and was not packed in the mornings. The sauna was clean and so too was the pool which was fine for kids.
