Das Zinmer hat bessere Zeiten gesehen: Safe funktionierte erst nach Reparatur, die Waage weder vorher noch nachher, der Schrank ging aus dem Leim, die Kommode löste sich auf, Die Klimaanlage kühlte gut, es wurden aber alle Textilien feucht und es roch unangenehm, Da wir nur englisch als Fremdsprache beherrschen und kein Spanisch war die Kommunikation schwierig bis zu unfreundlich. Da wir sehr viel Seegrass am Strand hatten, war das Schwimmen im Merr nicht möglich und der Gestank hat uns nach 3 Tagen veranlasst in ein anderes Hotel umzuziehen.

Nice buildings and property layout. Food was very good. Very clean and nice beaches and pools. Service at the bars was friendly and fast. Dining service was not consistent and that was noticeable. Check in was slow.

I didn’t like the constant pressure to attend time share sells. I didn’t like the food or juices. The cleanliness was not good. The floor on the room was dirty. Staff were not very friendly. I did enjoy the amenities.

The customer service was awful, but majority of the people were really nice; the room was below standard/dirty and the food was not as advertised. Beautiful place though. First we arrived and had to wait 2 hours to check in. Didn't get a tour, map or anything upon arrival. The room was disgusting, stains on the bedding, towels, even the robe hanging in closet. Even when we called to replace the towels and the bedding, the replacements were all stained even though they said they were clean. Needless to say, had them replaced again which came after about an hour. This was a consistent theme throughout the stay. Any call for service, whether it be washcloths, which they ran out and started giving us hand towels, fixing the tv which wasn't working for the first day at all, hairdryer in the room, would either take 30 minutes plus or would not come at all. Being though we didn't receive the tour, we had no idea of the food times for the different restaurant and buffet options; or the need to make reservations /dress codes for a few of them. the property itself, is massively beautiful. Plenty of swimming pools, activities, lovely beach access, and the excursions we did were great. The lack of customer service, the dirty rooms, linen, towels, curtains, turns a 10/10 property to a 5 out 10 Experience. Not to mention me and my spouse suffered bed bug bites to both our legs. Horrible time spent at the resort. I have but do not see it available on the mobile

La experiencia fue en muchos aspectos desagradable, comenzando en el personal que te colabora en el check in y check out, trabajan de manera desorganizada, dan informaciones falsas y siempre están sin tiempo para responder tus dudas. En cuanto al servicio a la habitación, el personal nunca está disponible , a la hora de entregar la habitación solo te ponen dos botellas de agua y más nada, si se terminan y llamas para recargar nunca están disponible (horrible ) . En cuanto al la higiene de la habitación, las sábanas y toallas se veían curtidas, es decir ya no estaban aptas para seguir siendo usadas ( pasaron de color blanco a gris ) . Este hotel tiene muchas debilidades que deberían de mejorar ya que están localizados en una muy buena zona y la playa es hermosa.

The hotel is beautiful, full of activities for all ages and food is good, the beach is unique. However many of the employees are rude and are always in a bad mood, especially at the front desk. Check-in is supposed to be at 3:00pm, however we received the room at 6:00pm after lots of complaints.

I really liked my stay, but it took them 1 hour to give us the room, they gave it to us at 4pm, and when we finally got it it was a double, and I booked the king room, I had to go back to the lobby, and although the manager was very capable and gave us the right room, the truth is we had a bad time, but I must say that the experience was ideal.

I'm mixed on this resort. It's an enormous place, and lots to do, especially for kids. The cabanas with the little pool are awesome. However the food is just plain awful, and the drinks are never made the same way twice (even from the same person).

1- Check-in was horrible after 2h They gave us a room where the door did not open and the Bell Boy opened it with his key, and instead of having a King bed it had 2 Queen beds (they didn't even help us in check-in knowing that we were a couple) after 2h they gave us to another room with 1 King bed 2- We went to lunch at the Brazileño restaurant just like my last trip and they told us that we could not have lunch there unless you were a diamond club member 3- Natural juices only in breakfast & before was anywhere and anytime 4-I went to the buffet and barely attended, I practically had to sit on my own and sometimes ask for water, also they turned off the air conditioner as a result was sllipery floor 5- this blow out my mind, there were NO SPOONS, you had to ask the waiters for them because they said there were not enough, same as the fabric napkins 6- The mattress was horrible, I had back pain for all week, I asked for the mattress to be change, and the only thing they could do was change it from another room, was better but still bad condition 7- I have never seen as much misery within a hotel in Punta Cana as this trip, they cannot hire managers which only goal is their bonus at the expense of the hotel's category and client happiness. For us, ROYALTON MANAGEMENT is really bad, not the Dominican workers, the last management was incredible and they should not have been changed.

I liked everything about this resort except a couple of things. 1. Check in took us 1.5 hours, however my friend came 2 days later and check in for her took 15 mins. So I’m not sure if we just came at a very busy time. 2. How difficult they make it to get into a restaurant. You can’t make reservations, so you have to come 30-50 mins before restaurants open and stand in line. However, diamond club members are able to make reservations and we ended up staying in line for 3 restaurants only to have large diamond club groups walk in 5 mins before opening abs taking all open tables. I wish there was a way to see if diamond club even has reservations or not so we wouldn’t waste time standing in line. After our third day trying to get into a restaurant, we gave up. I would have given this resort a much lower rating if their buffet food wouldn’t be so good. I didn’t even feel like I messed out on restaurants since the buffet offered that much variety. 3. Staff was great, except waiters in buffet. We would have to wait a while to get water and there were days when no one even asked if we wanted anything and our tables were not cleared. Housekeeping was great, only great service. Concierge guys were always ready to help. Overall, it was a nice resort with a great beach. Their beach swimming area was very small but it wasn’t too bad. Seaweed was cleaned every morning and afternoon. There is security on the beach that watched out for your stuff and helped you find spots.

La habitación está de remodelar muy vieja y en malas condiciones, los animadores son muchos pero no hacen actividades para la cantidad que son, los camareros están como que no le Paga un sueldo solo trabajan por la propina por lo que el cliente le puede dar,más actividades para los niños el bar del lobby que está al lado del restaurante hunter necesita más servicio al cliente .

Cuando llegamos luego q hice la reserva para dos persona por Expedia aparecía q fue reservada para una sola persona tuve que pagara 315 dólares adicional, cuando me dan el cuarto porque solo había Diamond club el cuarto se filtraba de agua, el piso lleno de arena como si limpiaron por encima y ya, las corcha de la cama manchada igual q las toallas, el baño igual sucio y roto en el desagüe, el restaurante italiano malísima la comida, ahí q caminar muchísimo, espere cm 15 minutos para q el carrito de golf viniera a buscarme nunca llegó cuando llegue al loby a ver el show ellos estaban viendo el show en el loby por eso no nos buscaron, demás restaurante buenísimo solo que la comida es la misma toda la semana tampoco cambian la comida por día
