Das einzige einzigartige an dieser Unterkunft war Jhonny an der Bar am Family&Adults Pool! Er hat uns immer herzlich bedient (ohne Trinkgeld). Am Ende hat er genug von uns bekommen, keine Angst. Alle anderen „Service“ Mitarbeiter sind komplett unfreundlich wenn man am 1 Tag kein Trinkgeld gab. Wir waren zu 4 und hatten nach 5 Tagen Magenbeschwerden auf hochtouren und waren nur auf dem Klo! Uns wurde Geld aus dem Save gestohlen, lasst kein Geld rum liegen gar nichts! Das Hotel hat sich darum einen scheiss gekümmeret. Der Haarfön konnte man nach 1 Minute nicht mehr brauchen, da es dann immer einen Kurzschluss mit den Lichtern gab. Nimmt keine elektronischen Geräte ab 200 Volt mit, die funktionieren auf keiner Steckdose. Das Zimmer war auf 19 Grad und es ging 2 Tage bis die Kälte weg war. (Wir haben mit langen Kleidern geschlafen & 2 Duvets gehabt). Wenn man ein Problem hat und anruft, wirst du mit 1000 Mitarbeitern verbunden, keine Sau interessiert es für solche stolze Preise! Spart kein Geld!

Hotel/Zimmer Das Hotel ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die grosszügigen Räume wie Eingangsbereich, Lobby, Piazza oder Gartenanlage laden zum Verweilen ein. Das Zimmer war sehr gross, geräumig und in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Das Zimmer war gut isoliert, sodass wir keine Umgebungsgeräusche hörten. Der uns zugewiesene Butler Yordi hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt und sich täglich um unser Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Essen und Trinken Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück mit Blick auf das Meer war sehr reichhaltig und bot viel Abwechslung. Auch das Mittagsbuffet im "Seaside" war wunderbar. Für das Nachtessen besuchten wir vorwiegend die à la Carte Restaurants. Ob im Französischen, Italienischen, Japanischen Restaurant oder im Steak-House. Das Essen war fantastisch, der Service hervorragend und das Ambiente sehr stilvoll. Wir waren jeden Abend begeistert. Auch die zahlreichen Getränke, von Fruchtsäften über Cocktails zu Barista-Kaffee, alles wurde liebevoll zubereitet und war ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten absolut keine Magenprobleme (obwohl wir Getränke mit Eiswürfel konsumiert haben). Fazit Die 2 Wochen Strandurlaub waren wunderschön. Wir haben viel aktive Zeit am Strand verbracht. Die freundlichen Angestellten haben den Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen gemacht, wurden wir doch immer wieder herzlich begrüsst und all unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Aus unserer Sicht hätte das Hotel auch 6 Sterne verdient.

Hotel war ok
Ich hatte eine Suite und als ich in das Zimmer kam kam mir ein schlechter Geruch entgegen und das Zimmer war nicht sauber und das Internet ging 7 Tag nicht im Zimmer, habe mich 3 mal beschwert und ich bekam dann nach 4 Tagen ein anderes Zimmer, das war dann sehr schön. Es wird nirgends gesagt , das man in 2 Lokalen zum Essen als Herr lange Hosen anhaben musste, da ich keine lange Hose mit hatte, denn ich war in Urlaub und auf keinen Businesstrip wurde ich nicht in die Lokale reingelassen !!! aber die Damen durften anziehen was Sie wollten also auch Hotpants und Sandalen !!! ich habe gesagt ich habe nur kurze Hosen mit und das war nicht genug !! Das Personal , egal ob beim Check in oder am Pool oder Strand waren sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend aber sie taten mir auch leid , denn sie mussten lange Hosen und Hemden tragen bei 30-33 Grad und sehr hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit , Mein Taxi wurde am Abreisetag nicht in die Anlage gelassen und ich wurde mit Golfcar zum Ausgang gebracht was ich nicht ok finde , denn ein Taxi vom Hotel kostet 40 Dollar und das Taxi was ich mir bestellelt habe war wesntlich günstiger

The overall stay was fantastic, the staff were exceptional and the service was great with only a few hiccups. These were established and resolved speedily. The engagement with the hotel (Elena) & assistant manager (Blanca) were second to none. They ensured our stay went as smooth as possible. Promptly resolving any issues we had along the way. We were extremely happy with their dedication to service. Ambiorix our butler was friendly and accommodating during our stay. Food & Beverages The service was truly great overall. There only a few times where it was slightly slower than expected and sometimes lacked enthusiasm. On occasion the food seemed as though it was lacking in presentation and taste. On others it was good tasting. The event dinner evenings at the Market Place restaurant like Dominican Night & Gala Night were a delight. There were a number of staff members that were extremely friendly towards our 1 year old. A special thanks to Sandry (Seaside) and her playfulness, Santa (La Rinascita & Seaside) for her generousity and her warm heartedness, Natalia for helping to set our child’s birthday celebration table. Antonio’s smiles and Roberto (maintenance) whom was very endearing. At the Wet bar the friendliness of all of the staff was heart felt. Special thanks to Anirys, Paola, Saulo, Jose. S, David and Jonny.

Tolles Hotel mit einigen Mängeln
Schöne Hotelanlage, gut gepflegt, grosse saubere Zimmer (Suite mit Schlafzimmer), leider funktionierten der AC und beide Fernseher im unserem Zimmer nur bedingt. Diese konnten auch nicht erfolgreich repariert werden. Strand eher klein aber gepflegt, Pools super, sowohl für Erwachsene als Kinder. Essen sehr gut, die Getränkeliste ist sehr grosszügig. Leider war der Spa nicht professionell. Laute Party am Pool bis spät Abends (Hochzeitsfeier beim Familienpool!) Werden nicht zurückkommen.

Our butler Arturo was amazing and attentive, everything we wanted and needed was granted. We had an amazing vacation because of the effort staff put into treating us with class and satisfaction. I would have to say i wish majestic mirage was adults only. I did feel like the families with small children didnt listen to the rules. A couple of mornings and evenings we would get uncomfortable and leave the pool area we were in because families would bring small children to the 18 side pool. We booked club and didn't bring our children because we wanted an adult vacation. It was unfortunate that not everyone could follow rules.

Totally enjoyed this resort. I have no complaints. Everything was great as far as the food (really good), service was amazing and there were plenty of amenities. We are definitely coming back soon. We wanted to extend our stay. Glad we selected this resort. The amenities were awesome. We only left the resort one evening because we had booked Dinner in the Sky before the trip.

the majestic Mirage and their staff provide a World class experience like No our valet was top notch the room was spotless and the beach was devine. HOWEVER - Their transportation department "GO MAJESTIC" lacks the same attention to customer based services. Upon being picked up, I was forced to pay someone $30 for beers no one asked for and noone drank. The driver didnt even open the trunk so we could get our own bags until he saw which one of us had his tip handy. Unfortunately for him, that guy was me, and once I realized that we had to get our own bags from the van, my ten dollar bill went right back into my pocket. Transpotation (again, GOMAJESTIC) made an absolute clusterfuck out of getting back to the resprt following an afternoon excursion. My party of 5 was rushed to hurry up and get on a 3:00 shuttle that never came. The 430 that we were then told we would be on was overbooked and I was separated from my party and made to ride in a different van that wasnt even originally going to the Mirage. I was told I could be the last drop off for this other van, or I could wait for the 6:00 shuttle. DO NOT EVER USE GOMAJESTIC FOR YOUR TRAVEL

The property was beautiful and well cared for. The staff were very friendly. Our butler was nice but we didn't see her often and some requests and plans were delayed so we didn't always feel prioritized. Food was good although some reason always a big delay in getting drink at breakfast. However, staff's kindness always was present. Clear check out policy and great spa

Everything was excellent. Food was much better than typical all inclusive. Beautiful facility, beach, and helpful staff. The room was a little musty (just that humid/island smell). You can get aromatherapy oils to burn from your butler.

This resort was amazing! We loved the staff. Super friendly and helpful. No complaints for our 7 day stay. The only inconvenience was after doing a pre check in the day before it still took 2.5hrs to get checked into our room. We arrived at resort 2:30 and didn’t get a room until after 500pm. This resort was still a 5 star for me

The premises on the property are well taken care of, however the rooms not so much. The pillows smell like dirt, the shower like sewage(they fixed that once we addressed it) lamps are falling off certain places, one of the WC door had bo handle. I expected more from a 5 star hotel. The buffet good was sometimes old woth flies flying around..they could of thought of some way to keep the food fresher. My husband got food poisoning from some eggs he hd..i guess they were old.

We had a leak in our units roof and it took us going to the front desk 3 times before they changed our room. Our butler told us that he was going to get us something for our inconvenience but he did not. We also had no hot water our 1st day in the leaky unit. Once we moved rooms everything was wonderful and our new butler Bolivar was wonderful. He even messaged me to make sure we made it home ok
