The rooms and the beach are nice! But on their website they offer 5 or more a la carte restaurants. Open were only the buffet and one (partially) a la carte restaurant. The food had (sadly) a low variaty and quality. So all in all, it is a nice hotel with a nice beach, the food is bad and not worth the price and the employees are not always as friendly as you expect.

Hotel wird immer schlechter!!!
Ich war nun das 5 mal in diesem Hotel und ich muss sagen, es hat sehr nachgelassen! Es wurde nichts erneuert, alles wurde einfach überstrichen und notdürftig ausgebessert! Bad war verschmutzt und teilweise kaputt, nicht würdig eines IBEROSTAR HOTELS

Hotel in sie Jahre gekommen wird aber sehr gut gepflegt. Die Bäder sind etwas klein aber ausreichend dort müsste renoviert werden. Ansonsten tolles Essen, sehr viel im Angebot. Preis-Leistung passt perfekt. Was uns gestört hat ist dass Liegen am Strand reserviert werden teilweise werden auch gerne 4-5 Liegen zu zweit reserviert. Pool auch da waren wir aber nicht. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Schöne Anlage, gutes Essen.
Grundsätzlich eine tolle Anlage. Das Essen ist gut und abwechslungsreich. Das Servicepersonal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, an der Reception eher dürftig. Es ist ärgerlich, dass immer alle die Liegestühle reserviere, aber fast nie nutzen.

Urlaub im Paradies
Wir sind mit unserer kleinen Tochter in diesem Hotel gewesen und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Essen war sehr lecker. Der Strand wunderschön und sehr sauber. Der Service ausgezeichnet. Einen besonderen Dank möchten wir an das Personal im Restaurant - Juan und Co. Aussprechen sowie an unsere Zimmerreinigungskraft Miledy! Was verbesserungsfähig wäre, ist die Hilfsbereitschaft am Empfang sowie die Kinderanimation, die leider dem sonstigen Hotelstandard nicht ganz gerecht wird. Alles in allem aber ein ganz tolles Hotel, wo wir definitiv nochmals hingehen würden.

nice resort. rooms are a bit warm and nothing ever dries in there, even when hanging a bathing suit, it stays wet. sliding door very difficult to open and lock. beach was well maintained and beautiful. pool areas clean and nice. drinks were weak at all bars except the lobby bar. the reservation system is not well run. ended up having dinner at the buffet more times than we would have like to due to not being able to get in anywhere else. i think all restaurants should have required reservations. i witnessed many upset patrons on long times waiting to eat at a restaurant. the staff was lovely and friendly. overall, very nice time.

Grounds were beautiful! Very walkable area with everything only a few minutes away. The beach was just beyond the pool in close proximity. Very comfortable rooms but the air conditioner could have been better! Staff was super friendly and helpful!

This resort was FANTASTIC!!!! I traveled with my two teenagers and we had the best week! The rooms were lovely and spacious (and very clean!), the restaurants were all delicious…we particularly enjoyed the buffet which had a different theme every night so there were plenty of different choices. The grounds were incredibly beautiful and well maintained. The front desk service went above and beyond…we didn’t end up with a double bed room for the kids like requested so they brought in an extra mattress and set it up! They were also quick to fix our safe when it stopped working and my shower when it was clogging. They also gave us an extra hour at checkout time for free. I cannot say enough about our stay and the staff! Worth every penny!

We enjoyed our stay. The beach is beautiful and they take great care of the property. The staff was excellent. We loved all the places to grab food and drinks and loved the ice cream shop need the pool. The only issue I had was the cleanliness of the room. When we checked in, the bathroom was not very clean and the bed sheets had stains. It was eventually fixed but was a little frustrating. A wonderful vacation!

we have quite some mixed feelings about stay there. Pros: staffs are overall friendly. beach is great. buffet is above average. 24-hour coffee store is a plus (when room service becomes unavailable after 11:00pm). Also for us it is safe to walk around in the hotel area. Cons: toilet flushing system is really really really poor, lacking pressure to flush down properly. Imagine when it's not cleaned, and you need to wait for an hour so that there's enough water and then you try flushing again, but still impossible to .... (it is really a nightmare) Room smells like mould, everything feels moist. There's no bottled water provided - we are given two bottles (seem filthy so we did not use it) to get water from a "station". To be honest it is a little ridiculous. Some restaurants are good but reservation can be difficult, and options on menu are quite limited.

The hotel decoration was beautiful. The food was delicious and different. The bedroom needs to be clean better and the bathroom as well I had one issue with one of the driver’s that had preference over other guests. I was waiting to be taken to my room and the driver took other guests that came after me which was very disrespectful
