„The home was immaculate on arrival, and even more beautiful than the pictures. There was an issue with the master bedroom AC, however the problem was fixed quickly. Hosts were very helpful, and easily accessible, and didn't mind answering my silly questions! We were only there for two nights, wish it were longer! Highly recommend!“

„What a beautiful property! Communication with the owner was fantastic. We rented the three casitas on the property and all were perfect for our group. The grounds and pool were immaculate. The wildlife was abundant with sloths, parrots, toucans, capuchin monkeys, howlers and more. Cesar and Maribel were there for all of our needs and made us feel safe. Would highly recommend for sure!“

„The primary reason to stay in this casita is the location and the stunning views. The garden is beautiful with a path that opens to La Playa Negra. The beach is quiet and private and absolutely breathtaking. We were able to spot the sloth in the garden on a few occasions and had an up close view of him moving once which was very special. „Wir (2 Erwachsenen & 2 Kinder) haben mit unseren Freunden in der Villa Aragon 3 Wochen einen Traumurlaub erlebt. Auch wenn das Wetter nicht immer auf unserer Seite war haben wir die Zeit in der Villa & im Pool sehr genossen. Sollten wir mal Fragen oder Wünsche haben wurden diese umgehend geklärt und mit Rat und Tat geholfen. Nun sind wir schon einige Tage daheim und denken noch immer an die Umgebung und die Tierwelt... „This was our second time staying at Villa Toucan. We love the place. It has more wildlife than anywhere else we've been in Costa Rica. Oropendolas, Macaws, Toucans, and Bat Falcons all nesting right in view of the outdoor kitchen. This place also has a large concentration of snakes, spiders, and beautiful Poison Dart Frogs. It's in your face wilderness! The house is tucked up into Manzanillo National Park with a nice walk to one of the prettiest beaches we've seen. We will return again!“

„Waking up to the sounds of the beach is amazing! Just a short walk down through their beautiful garden with a resident sloth is the black sand and warm waves. The room was quite comfortable. The bathroom could use a couple more hooks for wet items since things take a while to dry. The property managers are extremely responsive to any concerns and very welcoming!“

„Club Puerto Viejo was amazing. Having access to a pool and other relaxing spaces is what my family needed. We loved the outdoor lounge and kitchen areas. The rooms were great too and usually cooled off at night. We also enjoyed being close to the beach and great places to eat. Those looking for rest and relaxation will love this place!!“

„We loved our stay at Las Casas - it was our own slice of paradise. The pictures don’t do it justice. One thing to note there is no games room or yoga deck but we didn’t mind as we had more space than we knew what to do with. There were so many wild animals passing through we were in heaven and the staff couldn’t have been better. Hoping we can return again one day.“

I made several inquiries to the host weeks before my arrival, only receiving a reply the day I was in route to the area. "Tolles Hotel um sich zu entspannen und das Meer zu genießen. Die Zimmergebäude liegen im Hotel eigenen Jungle. Auf dem Hotelareal haben wir Faultiere, Affen, Agutis etc. gesehen. Obwohl die Zimmer auf der einen Seite der Hauptstrasse und das Restaurant und der Pool/Strand auf der anderen Seite liegen, ist es sehr ruhig und stellte für uns kein Problem dar. Auf Wunsch wird das Zimmer täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist MO-FR à la carte, SA/SO gibts Buffet. Das Essen war immer frisch und Lecker. Wir können diesen Hotel sehr empfehlen!!!"
