Thank you for sharing your experience it help us to improve. We would like to mention we are a boutique hotel with only 12 suites, even in low season our suites are never empty, as expedia VIP we offer a bottle of wine that we put in check in. The next category available was the eagle love nest suite (the value of the night is almost 8 times more of the suite booked) the maintanance costs more than the amount paid in the suite booked). We offered a great discount but it was told that you only wanted a free upgrade. Our apologies about the cleaning, we already checked with the housemaid. We offered an excellent service, free cake for birthday celebration and no extra charge for all your impressions.Thank you for your feedback, we keep improving. Regards!
