Property I beautiful. Service & food is 3 star . We had 7 rooms , almost every room had one kind of problem. Service was late. Call for anything takes at least 30 min. Never recommend it again.

We loved our stay. Only disappointment was they are supposed to restock the mini bar every 24 hrs, ours was never restocked even after calling front desk. Also ordered room service on our last morning before checking out, and never received. Waited over an hour.

Now I had my third visit to this hotel and with my next visit the hotel is getting worse and worse in service! The service is always very long: Check-in: we arrived at the hotel and no one greeted us, we wait 30 minutes, we do not have the opportunity to have a drink. Check-out: there is only one employee and we wait again for 20 minutes! We go to breakfast every day and again wait 20 minutes to place an order and again wait 30-50 minutes for our cooked breakfast to be delivered to the table! We make a dinner reservation, come to the restaurant and again wait 15-45 minutes! We arrive at the roof top-pool and again there is a problem: there are no free sun loungers, again we wait for at least an hour sitting on chairs. But a bad surprise from the hotel was waiting for us ahead!!! on the day of our check-out, after 12 noon we are not able to get a drink, even plain water, get a snack and eat! I have never experienced this in any hotel in Mexico! We will never return to this hotel again and we do not advise our friends and other people to come to this hotel. The hotel staff does not react in any way to complaints from customers! I told the employee that I would not leave a bed review for the hotel, but he told me anyway!

This resort/hotel is amazing and an incredible place to stay and enjoy a relaxing vacation. The biggest issue for me was food options. I am vegan and beside the sushi restaurant the rest didn’t have much Vegan options. I ate guacamole And chips and fries pretty much every meal. Even for breakfast there is not many vegan options. If they can add that to the menus then it will Be 10/10 place!

Absolutely amazing. Best service and experience we have ever had. Stayed in the ultra corners suite in the North Tower and it was the most relaxing vacation we have ever taken. Food and service were amazing at all the restaurants and bars on site. Trip into town was a $10 cab ride and all of 15 minutes. We will for sure be back!

Mini fridge was not working from the time of check in until the last night. Issues was repeatedly brought up to staff from the time of check in. Maintenance was sent 2x and problem not resolved the night before check out. Hot tub on the private deck ( the primary reason for booking here) inexplicably selfed drained on night one , had mamaitence up and he filled it but couldn't use it due to cold water. The next night same issue , so we couldn't use the tub two out of a three day stay. I did talk to manager the day before we left and he did offer a credit if we came back or a small stay. I said that I wanted to talk to his manger who was said to be off property. The manager on property said he would have that person reach out at 10 the next morning. Never heard any thing! At check out talked to the manger on duty who said she couldn't due anything due to booking thru expedia and would have GM manger reach out. I'm still waiting on that! Butler was nice and helpful until we had issues and needed to speak with management. Then she disappeared until we happened to run into into her. Important to note* the staff was very good except for management and the 'butler service'. This is a place I would not recommend to anyone.

It’s not an all inclusive resort. When we arrived at the hotel, they told us that with Expedia, you have to pay for the food. We paid at the check in for the food and they charged us more at the checkout for the last breakfast and snacks.VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!
