„Standort der Unterkunft war plötzlich anders als auf ebookers, Unterkunft hatte keine Rezeption, erst nach einem Anruf tauchte jemand mit ca. 50 Schlüsseln auf. In der Nacht als wir ins Appartment kamen waren diverse neue Sachen drin (Kinderwagen, fremde Wäsche,...), verunsichert extrem. Das Appartment war offen gegen oben und ab ca. 08.00 Uhr laute Musik. Der Aufenthalt war eine Katastrophe!!“

„Here you get what you pay for. But still there could be done some small improvements thst whould lift the quality. Here you share a small appartment with other people that come and go and sometimes noice a lot and take your stuff in the fridge. And a lot of cochrages and other bugs. The cleaning could easy be much better. Nice people running the place, but I guess they have a little too much to do. But overall I got what I needed.“

Il s'agissait en fait d'un appartement retapé à la va-vite, divisé en 2 avec une entrée commune pour une des chambres qui avait sa propre salle de bain et une autre entrée pour l'autre partie composée de 2 chambres, d'une petite cuisine commune et une salle de bain commune. „Die Unterkunft war trotz Buchung nicht verfügbar! Das war dem Chef und seinen Angestellten relativ egal. Wir standen vor verschlossener Tür. Auf Klingeln an Tür und e Mails reagierte niemand. Telefonanrufe bei Hotel wurden ignoriert. Wir kamen erst über einen anderen Gast ins Hotel rein. Mithilfe dieses Gasts bekamen wir erst einen Angestellten ans Telefon. Er meinte das Hotel sei voll.wir sollten uns was anderes suchen. Erst nach Hinweis auf Polizei und rechtliche Schritte bemühte man sich um ...

„In accommodation is not reception. I was to find right addres, i was go in the down door. Key i find in mailbox. Then i have to find right door. When i came in the apartment i have to find right room door. the Keys was not marked anything. Apartment was clean, bathroom was clean. Room was clean and nice. wifi works good. There was little kichen. When i leaving , i drop the keys in mailbox and go to next place“

„I wasn’t so happy with the hotel.. The plug socket didnt go, the tv had everytime no signal, it was always very hot in the room (no cooling). As we booked the hotel we written that we want a double bed, got no answer from the hotel and we got 2 single beds?!, They write The Rezeption was open 24/7 but when we wanted to check out it was 7 in the morning and no one was there and the room was dark and closed.
