„Property was very nice but maintenance seems to be slipping a little. Lazy river under bridge areas has knocked out holes in tiles. Buildings near lobby across from coffee shop has huge dirty windows with finger writing on them. Dinner menu has shrunk in selection and proportion. Food is still delicious. Some favorite drinks are no longer part of happy hour. Over all our stay was fabulous despite these things but us repeat visitors do notice. The pools are not being heated as well as previously. ...

„Its the nicest property in Rocky Point. Once at the resort you could be at any high in resort in the world. Very beautifully landscaped and very friendly employees. The only complaint is the check in process. We waited 30 minutes in line to get our parking pass. You would think that could get set up and sent to a renter long before getting to the property. Side note, I wish they would clean up all the half built properties that seem like will never be completed.“

„This villa was everything we needed and more! My friends are I needed a place to stay and this Vrbo accommodated us last minute. The home was so very clean and stacked with towels, cups, clean sheets, water for guests, basically anything I could ask for. I wish we could have stayed longer! „The property is lovely. There were Christmas Decorations, a place for a fire pit that the owner offered to light for us. The house was clean, bottled water available, warm and cozy. It was fun to stay in an area that reflect Puerto Penasco instead of removed as in a resort setting. We felt safe (parking was great) and still a part of a community. Thanks.“
