„SRA Elena was very accomidating and has a wonderful condo in Mayan paradise. The beach was wonderful and Jose keeps the grounds, pool, and beach clean. „We really enjoyed the apartment! It was very clean when we first arrived. It had a nice supply of dishes, glassware, and everything we needed to use the kitchen. The amenities- including the hot tub and rooftop balcony were fantastic. The hosts were easy to contact and attentive to our needs. The location was outstanding- a very short walk to the beach! We would highly recommend this place to future visitors!“

„It's small but comfortable. I loved how stuff like beach towels and masks / snorkels were available. Even a couple of straw hats that someone didn't want to fly home. I thought the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door to the balcony was great..... my wife pointed out that there was no curtain (or any window treatment anywhere) and that kind of killed the romance for our stay. I even thought about getting some tape at the Chedraui and rigging up some towels or something just for some privacy.“

„We stayed for three nights. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Close to stores. The batteries in the AC remotes were missing and/or run down but were quickly replaced by maintenance. Nice community pool. It was exactly as described. Secure and safe. Our only problem was finding the location.“

„Love the house. The property is amazing. The layout of the home was great! The ONLY issues were the hot water- it doesn’t last long AND there was a leak coming from the range hood so we just kept a pot on the stove to catch the water. The community pool was amazing. We would 100% stay here again!“

"Das Hotel ist ein Wechselbad der Gefühle. Teilweise ist der Service grottenschlecht - mir hat ein Kellner beim Servieren das halbe Glas nochmal auf den Tisch gekleckert, ohne auch nur anstalten zu machen, es danach zu trocknen - bis gut (Lage der Zimmer, Essen und Ausstattung der Anlage). Jedenfalls rechtgertigt sich die Sternekategorie nur auf dem Papier, nicht aber in Wirklichkeit. Dafür ist das Personal (teilweise) zu sehr trainiert auf irgendwelche Trinkgelder und nur wenig Service- und Hilfsbereit sowie das Essen oft versalzen oder lieblos aufgewärmt, obwohl es gut sein könnte. Persönlich hatte ich ausserdem mehrere tote Kakerlaken im Zimmer, die selbst nach der Zimmerreinigung nicht entfernt wurden . Erst als dann Lebende dazukamen musste ich darum bitten, diese entfernt zu bekommen."
