the hotel is in a good location, you can walk everywhere, the personal was nice and helpful, the rooms where ok, the problem with the rooms is that they don't have a windows and they are really small, also they have a problem with the hot water every time that I need to take a shower at night I need to call reception to help me with the water. the good thing is that when was time to leave they give me more change to stay more time because we need it

Me encanta la ubicación, la vista especialmente por la noche es muy bella. El edificio antiguo está cuidado con esmero y ponen atención a un sin fin de detalles: luces interiores, tapiz, decoración y el ambiente en general es muy grato. Una combinación idónea entre clásico y moderno.

Very clean, spacious room. The only thing that was surprising was that there were no windows to the outside in almost all of the rooms in the hotel, except on the third floor - only a small window into the courtyard. But that also meant that the room was very quiet and dark for sleeping.

Es un hotel bonito. Sin embargo no tiene estacionamiento y el mismo personal comenta que es inseguro dejar el carro en la calle. Su restaurante no es bueno

La propiedad está bien ubicada, las instalaciones se ven cómodas. Lo que podrían mejorar es que tiene una terraza sin mesas y sillas para aprovecharla, los puertas de las habitaciones suena mucho y constantemente te despierta. El servicio del restaurante fue descuidado.

Before I book I checked some reviews which me feel secure about this hotel. I stayed 2 nights, the first night the room was very cold but the staff provide blankets which helped a lot The second night was better warmer than the first I don't know how. It's a new hotel so everything is new I like it They don't have their own car park but they have a partner where you can pay or parking on the streets but it's secure everything was fine. I consider they need to improve the view from the terrace is amazing. I enjoyed.

Llegamos a y nos asignaron habitación 101, me metí a bañar y no había agua caliente a la 3 pm que teníamos que avisar para prender la caldera, la regadera apuntaba a la pared, el WC TAPADO, MUCHO RUIDO DE LA RECEPCIÓN Y A LAS 6 AM SE PONÍAN A PLATICAR LOS DE RECEPCIÓN,*NO DORMIMOS* tenía que salir a pedir que guardaran silencio, solo había una toalla, había que pedir, no hay secadora de cabello, Pagar por guardar el automóvil, el chico que nos llevó al estacionamiento FELICIDADES MUY ATENTÓ

Muy buen servicio por parte del personal, sin embargo la habitación era muy obscura, además de que hubo temas con el lavabo ya que se presentaron 2 fugas de agua durante la estadía.

Todo muy bien, bonito, muy bien ubicado, pero no tiene estacionamiento y tampoco tiene café en la había ración y el restaurante abre hasta las 9:00 am, son dos puntos que tiene que solucionar el hotel

Great location. Great stay.
This hotel is in the heart of Choula, close to Centro, restaurants and amazing views. The rooms were clean and the hotel is super unique. The views were amazing. The only part I did not love was the parking situation. It was paid (super cheap) on the street. Since the location is close to Centro, it was hard to find parking close. But overall, the wifi was great (we have 2 teenagers), the restaurant looked great but we never ate there, and the staff was friendly. Overall a great stay.

Loved this hotel. Excellent staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. Our only issue was water took a long time to warm up and was not really hot. It was not a huge concern. We ate breakfastsny days at hotel. It was very good.

The property is located within walking distance to everything. The is a restaurant on premises and a variety of restaurants, coffee shops. pizza places and local food. When we revisit the area, will definitely stay again!
