Dear Guest,I'm sorry that you were shocked by our rate as it appears this was a last-minute booking during our festive season. Turks and Caicos is an expensive destination and the cost of dining out and even groceries is expensive. For this reason, despite the cost, our all-inclusive rates are considered by most to be good value. The rates including dining, drinks, snacks, non-motorized watersports, access to our sister property, Alexandra Resort, taxes and service charge. So we had a wonderful time at this resort! Was peaceful and we met so many wonderful people. Our room was top notch and beds were so comfortable. We appreciated all the kindness shown by Shaneka front desk and entertainment crew Coco, Smiley, Tishane, and Barbie! The bar crew and waitress staff was incredible❤️The waitress Jen we loved her serving us and was so kind and genuine. We loved how they made us feel so special by always asking if we needed anything or could get us a beverage. I will say I wish the food was rotated every two days by pool that their was different options - and maybe little bit more night life. But, overall amazing - can’t say enough about Shaneka. She so amazing and we miss her.

Blue Haven is a beautiful all-inclusive resort. It is small and not on the main Grace bay beach but the property is well kept and it feels much more upscale then the sister resort. It is much quieter and relaxing. The people are very friendly and helpful, service was great (although sometimes on the slower side, leave extra time for meals) and the small beach was beautiful. The food was excellent, best I have had at an all-inclusive by far.

The Hotel is rated 4.5 star. However it is more like 3.5 star Food is terrible but workers try to be over welcoming. Always short with every item requested. Their other property had much better food. However it was nothing close to 4 Star.

Second time in Turks and Caicos and I absolutely loved my stay at blue haven. It’s located in a more secluded area, and the private beach is ideal to avoid the large crowds at Grace bay. Shareka, Dio, Miguel, Yessica and all of the staff made sure I was having a good time and had everything I needed at the resort. The food is good for an all inclusive and I mentioned to the manager that the wine selection could be better. Other than that, I’ll be back any chance I get. You won’t be disappointed staying at this resort,

The Blue Haven is much smaller and more intimate than its sister resort, the Alexandra. The staff were all great. Janet and Natalee were especially fun at the bar. Lisbeth and Patricia took good care of my wife at the juice bar every day. Restaurants are limited, but there is free regular shuttle to the Alexandra which has more restaurants that are included in the all-inclusive rate

Here's what you'll get at this resort and what makes it AWESOME: Very private and quiet! It is a boutique hotel, so not a ton of rooms, not very many kids at all and it is so secluded, you get NO outside noise! Food was phenomenal! Shawn, the head chef, is creative fun, crazy delicious meals. Staff was fantastic - truly eager to make it a great vacation. Our room was huge, beautiful and well-appointed. The private beach was like no other beach I have ever seen (and I have seen hundreds of beautiful beaches)! I highly recommend this resort!

Quiet, but close enough to nightlife. Nice market on the property. Restaurants on the property are good. Convenient shuttle service to sister property. Staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. However, I did get injured from falling out of a broken chair. Was offered a voucher for a free night’s stay within a year. I don’t think that this was necessarily fair compensation, especially if I don’t plan to return within a year. I attribute this to management, not staff. The staff was wonderful and I highly recommend this resort.

First and foremost, the staff was Impeccable! Incredibly friendly, helpful, funny, personable and honestly the best resort staff I've dealt with and I've been to a lot of resorts. Food was fantastic and the activities in abundance and fun. The ocean view suite is beautiful. I honestly could not say enough about how wonderful it was. My wife and I will be going back multiple times!

Had an amazing stay here at Blue Haven Resort Hotel the customer service was excellent - each individual person we encounter was extremely nice and very helpful. Special shout-out to Kamar,Janet,Nathalee,Marsha,Arturo, Garth,Alfred, T’Ange, Alfred,Michael,Andre,Dayanira and Withny! I also really enjoyed the morning omelette from the warm gentleman making them (sorry I didn’t catch your name). And Patricia who you met the last day we were leaving. Ohh I can’t forget the amazing curry goat the chef had us try! You guys are absolutely amazing! Another shout out for the excursion/entertainment team who was out in the pool with their beautiful smiles and great energy/personalities! I can honestly say that I will miss you all and I can’t wait to be back next year! I loved the location of the property. I found Blue Haven to be peaceful, not over booked and easy to find beach chairs and dining tables throughout our stay. Customer service was great! Our PH was better than expected.

The staff at this property are nothing short of amazing! They make you feel like family and are fantastic with the kids. The food was terrific and only the highest quality food and beverage. The only thing that could be better is the free transportation between the 2 properties. More frequent shuttles would have made the stay impeccable. We'll definitely be back.

Property was very secluded with one of the beast turquoise beaches in the world. Its not overcrowded and really family friendly. We were there for 5 days with our 6 year son and we have a fantastic time. The food at the Fire & Ice restaurant in the resort is phenomenal. We literally tried it all and every place was delicious. The service is Top notch on a very high level and particularly our server Dio was exclusively attentive and helpful. Him and Nattalee from the pool bar made our stay spectacular and so pleasing. We usually never repeat to go back on a vacation to the the same Country and resort since we like to try new places and locations but Turks and Caicos and The Blue Haven Resort will be an exception. We loved it so much that we can't wait to go back.

Great, relaxing stay!
Resort was beautiful, nice, and quiet. Service was great, however sometimes a little slow - but that could simply be the pace of the island! Staff were all helpful and very kind. We stayed in the one bedroom suite and it was spacious and very comfortable. Food was very good overall. At Jammin’, avoid the chicken tenders, they were dry! Jerk wings and the grouper sandwich were delish! At Fire & Ice dinner, most everything we had was solid! Only issue we had was the fish was dry and they didn’t serve it with the sides listed. I told the waiter and they were quick to replace the dish with the salmon entree and it was great with the truffle mashed potatoes. At Salt, everything was great as well! Tip: ask for your pizza to be cooked 1-2 min longer for a crispier crust! We did venture to the sister resort, Alexandra, as well. It was nice, but much busier. The food and service we had at Black Rock was good! Good luck trying to find beach chairs after 11am!

This was a great vacation for our family. The beach, pool, and above all else, the staff that led the games, activities, and special events, made it a great stay. The physical hotel needs upgrading - given the price - and the menus for lunch and dinner need more variety and especially healthy options for kids.

The property was very pretty. We had two staff members who absolutely made our trip - without Tange and Natalee we would have been lost. We were very surprised by the lack of effort on behalf of most of the staff when we needed help. One of our wake-up calls never happened. The office staff answered our questions - but never followed up with information that would have actually helped us get where we were going. When we were leaving our room for the final time, cleaning staff were just standing around in the hall - no one offered to help us with the door or the suitcases (although we are obviously older). Once, we had a 12:30 pickup time - and lunch didn't start until 12:30. At 12:00 all that food (which we paid for) was just sitting there ready - and we were told too bad, we had to go to the Market, where we had to pay for our lunch. This happened one time at breakfast as well. The best part was being able to take the shuttle to the sister property, the Alexandra - excellent food, excellent amenities, beautiful beach.

The rooms were not well insulated. Unable to sleep several nights due to noises from other rooms. In addition, the food was terrible.

Female wait staff are very unfriendly. First impression at check in was not a friendly one. Cleaning crew did bare minimum. Made bed only. Always trash at beach area. Ladder on the raft is broken. Fire and Ice food was disappointing and NICOLA (waitress) was incredibly rude. Kamar at Jamming by the Sea was outstanding! He was a pleasure and went above and beyond.
