There is demolition and construction debris strewn about the property including old deck railing, chain link fencing and barb wire, rusted out wheelbarrows. The "pool" shown in the picture is an open hole in the ground. Some of the decking has been replaced but the remainder is rotted with boards sticking up and holes through the wood and mostly covered with old pool equipment and ladder. „Even though we are on the side of the island that is away from the hussle and bussle of Queens Bay. It is the perfect area for private beaches with peace and quiet. Prepped (a must) taxi pickup and drop off the day before since we wanted to spend the entire day at Queens Bay, took about 30 mins with traffic.
