Bereits per Email hatte ich kommuniziert, dass über uns zu allen Tages- und Nachtzeiten Möbel geschoben werden und dies sehr störend ist. Als Antwort riet man mir mich an die Reception zu wenden, da es noch freie Zimmer gäbe und ich in die obere Etage wechseln könnte. Leider war man an der Reception nicht motiviert sich dem Problem anzunehmen und plötzlich gab es keine freien Zimmer mehr. Der Lärm wurde aber nicht weniger und das Personal kam auch nicht mit einem Lösungsvorschlag auf mich zu.

Struttura in posizione ottimale fronte mare. Pulizia assolutamente ineccepibile. Ottima colazione. Il punto di forza sicuramente della struttura è la cortesia del personale ad iniziare da quello in reception attento e disponibile, e per finire ma non per ultimo, il personale della spa altamente professionale oltre che attento e gemtile. Beautiful view from rooms facing the ocean. Gardens are also beautiful. Very steep hill to walk around the grounds. Everything else needs to be cleaned up (stairs, windows, balconies, glass elevator) or painted (refresh). Needs lots of updating n rooms. Very big, complete breakfast (where the staff there were very nice compared to front desk). Wifi wasn’t working the whole day (was working previously). We were told when we called, in late afternoon, to try again (which I did may times), because it worked at front desk! It seems it was my problem (no offer to troubleshoot). Front desk is far (steep hill) from rooms, so no easy task to just go there to meet them. Opted to go to delicious, simple and traditional restaurant across the street (S. Marguerita)for dinner. Looks like nothing from stree but has a lovely little inner courtyard.Andrea there was great and accommodating, highly recommend!

Despite making a reservation, the restaurant decided to serve others who had come in after us first and we had to wait a full hour to get any kind of service. Then the waiter demanded a tip at the end of the night. On the private beach associated with the hotel, we were booted off of the open section of the beach to a crowded space with not enough room for all of us. And then the staff told us it could not be helped and that “in their opinion” this did not happen and did not want to help us at all. I said “isn’t it our opinion that counts? I’m the customer paying for all of this” and they shrugged their shoulders. I highly recommend that NO ONE should stay there. It was truly awful overall and not worth the money that we shelled out for it.

positivo: ottima struttura, gentilezza di tutto lo staff, comodità alla spiaggia ben attrezzata, comodo parcheggio gratuito, buona colazione, ottima insonorizzazione delle camere; purtroppo quest'anno il mare soffriva del troppo caldo........ negativo: a mio parere, a volte, la cena pecca un po' di "nouvelle cuisine"; mi piacerebbe più nella tradizione pugliese/italiana; comunque tutto di ottima qualità.

Went in October and the hotel is dead. You have to eat in the restaurant across the road which was empty, the food was delivered cold Also no one spoke english in the restaurant so the side dishes arrived after the main dishes Nice beach and the rooms were spotless but you have to go elsewhere to eat

Needs refurbishing
The hotel was very tired. Needs serious refurbishing. The grounds need upkeeping. Garbage visible in overgrown bushes, dirty pool paint peeling on building and many wasp nests visible under the eves. We just travelled for a month in Europe and every other hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great Facility
The hotel is very modern located north of the town making a car very helpful .. beautiful deck pool and fabulous ocean beach directly in front of the hotel.. complimentary breakfast is first class with coffees prepared individually omelettes , crepes cooked in front of guest.. dinner menu is pricy and all inclusive ... we opted to go to the town for dinner

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel nel mese di agosto. La posizione vicinissima alla spiaggia è l'ideale per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza di relax al mare senza spostarsi in auto. L'hotel offre diversi servizi come ristorante e bar/tavola calda sulla spiaggia, spiaggia privata, baby parking, noleggio bici, parcheggio coperto, piscina scoperta con annesso bar. Buona la pulizia della camera e delle parti comuni dell'hotel. Camere spaziose e confortevoli. Wi-fi buono. Personale molto gentile e professionale. La proposta per la colazione è molto varia e in grado di soddisfare le diverse esigenze dei clienti. E' possibile usufruire della mezza pensione, con menù serale presso il ristorante interno molto vario. Piacevoli anche le serate di intrattenimento.
