There is a a manager on site 24 hours a day and we would be happy to have gotten a shower curtain to you. Hope that when you come back we are able to able to make your stay a pleasant one.

Thank you for your review. Our lobby has been closing at 8 PM since covid but if you cannot make it by 8 PM, we appreciate you letting us know and then you need to call the hotel and some one will be available to check you in.

Thank you for your review. Based on a yearly average the lobby hours are based on need. There is staff on site 24 hours a day so most issues can be resolved right away all you need to do is call the hotel. The breakfast closed permanently here in 2021 and is no longer advertised for this location. The pool is closed until further notice. there is a public Aqua center in town with a pool , hot tub and Sauna available at very reasonable prices.

Thank you for your review, Sorry the pool is closed until further notice. A tough decision was made to not reopen continental breakfast at this location. all advertising on the building has been removed. The lobby hours when we have physical person working the front are from 7 AM -8 PM , but there is a resident manger available 24 hours a day and they are just a phone call away. When you booked your room through Expedia you were given a price and that is what would have been charged.

Thank you for your review, the breakfast at this location is permanently closed and has been for a year now. The pool was closed during covid and is closed until further notice. There is no advertisement saying that Ponoka Western Budget has a pool or breakfast on the online systems.
