We didn’t like showing up at 345 pm and being told to come back in an hour because our room wasn’t ready Check in 3 pm?!? Also seemed like the staff let town kids into the pool area Rowdy kids made it impossible to have fun with grandkids

Hi there I am terribly sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. Yes check in is at 3 and our housekeepers do their best to have al needed rooms ready for 3pm, however in some cases when we have a complete turn around it sometimes can be tough, as this was the situation that weekend, again I am terribly sorry for that. We had a big swim meet and darts tournament that weekend, so likely there was a lot of kids in the pool, I assure you our pool is not open to the public. Again I am sorry we fell short on the checking in at 3 I hope in the future this doesn't happen again.

I am so sorry to hear this, we are working hard to get this all fixed and running to par. It does take quite sometime to heat the pool back up once full. I am hoping the next time you are in the area, you choose us again and the situation will be rectified.

I will stay there again
The location is good and I was able to plug in my car right in front of my room. Breakfast was good. The pool and gym were closed. Locks on both the hallway access door and exterior access doors were difficult, either tight or loose, but seemed secure once closed.

We liked the convenience to amenities. The staff was great. The hotel needs renovations. The chair in our room had stains on both sides of the cushions. The bathroom was clean, but small. The mattress was very soft and likely needs replacing.

We are glad that overall you enjoyed your stay, particularly pool and water slide with some concern on gluten free or dairy free options.Unfortunately, most breakfast suppliers have very limited options on gluten free/dairy free which is often not in stock. We did especially sourced available item for you but once again no option with local store as well. We hope this changes and we can strive to improve in this area as well. Thanks.

Nice, Clean & Safe
We booked for two nights, everything was perfect except the reception was not so friendly. They ask us if we want to register for room cleaning the next day and we gladly said 'Oh cool... sure' and they screwed up as they did not clean our room. I wish they did not ask as we will just inform the cleaning lady outside in the hallway and will not rely on front desk people. Breakfast is good, strong wi-fi, very comfortable bed, pillows and blanket. The shower pressure is perfect and the hotel surroundings is clean and spacious. There is an A&W fast food attached to the hotel building which is a huge bonus if you are hungry and want a quick snack or meal and a gasoline station with a convenience store at the front of the hotel. It is a perfect location!
