Leider war der Butler Victor sehr unprofessional. Man merkt an einigen Ecken dass es bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist. Trotzdem mit der besten hotels in der Gegend

Wonderful place, so beautiful, and the staff is very helpful, ask and they will do it. This is our 5th time visiting this resort, The room we choose was ocean front and all you see from your window is the beautiful Caribbean Sea. One word for management, please try to talk to your chefs that most people from the USA eat their steak medium to medium rare. Sun h a waste for an expensive cuts of meat to be always cooked well done.

Loved this resort. Everything is grand- thought we were in Las Vegas. We have stayed at numerous VIP resorts in past so the only thing I can complain about is the lack of little things butlers usually do for us...example- run a bath, bring appetizers. The butlers were good for reserving restaurants but thats it basically. Cleanest resort we have ever been to and all staff were amazing!!

Also, all areas are inspected such as the correct handling of food, temperatures, conservation, and preparation.
