The experience was very pleasant. However, the only thing I would complain about is the photo booth or people who own the photo gallery. They over charge and waste your time. They do not accommodate you or think of a solution for wasting your time. They also speak with such an attitude. No professionalism at all. Over all, yhe worst experience ever.

Silence, clean water in the pools. Unfortunately, I am disabled and used a scooter - the size of the rooms allows this, it is convenient in restaurants. Unfortunately, there is no place for disabled people on the sea coast - I would like the opportunity to be on a site near the sea.

I paid over $1400 for a vacation that was horrible from checkin and I requested another resort the same day I checked in. How can you guys ask a money hungry facility to refund me, I paid you guys. When booking this trip I had a choice of choosing Grand Riviera and Sunset Princess and I opted to stay at Grand Riviera. My party and I were placed in Sunset and that’s not what I paid for? I’ve never had a bad experience with any other Princess resorts. Your resolution team is crappy and your response to unsatisfied paying customers are beyond unacceptable. I will try my best to never book with your platform again if this how you handle situations. I’ve never heard of a someone calling a facility to request a refund to the facility I’m complaining about. What’s $85 when I spent over $1400 for nothing. I was supposed to be celebrating Nurses Week, Mother’s Day, and a Bday for my daughter and this was far from a celebration.

Well property is huge … the shuttle sucks so prepare to walk your calories away ,beach was very sea weedy , Room was beautiful , even thou my shower door was broken but that’s a minor thing to me , taco stand was great , I read people had trouble book restaurants I didn’t have no issues there a different one every night , staff at pool by stand where the serve hotdogs and hamburgers suck had attitudes at all times even if u tip them , sports bar staff amazing , lobby bar amazing , all in all if the did a lil better with shuttle bus , and teach staff to treat us the way they would like to be treated a lot of people would return to hotel

Rooms are out dated but the property is amazing and the people work very hard. Super clean buffet was not real good just ok. Taco bar outside by the pool was the greatest. Best place to eat there but we didn’t try every restaurant.

My only problem with the resort was the SHUTTLE....THE SHUTTLE THE SHUTTLE takes forever sometimes. I have to walk around this 20 miles resort or much larger. Gosh other then that. It is georgous.

Everything was just excellent except food quality. The food options were excellent but they ALL were just bland and very poor quality. Basically NO SALT or Spice or taste :(. Other than this one complaint everything was just excellent.

The property is lovely overall, the rooms could use a little sprucing up but for the most part they are clean and the staff is very accommodating. My only qualm was with the food l, it would have been nice to experience some authentic Mexican food on site with the traditional spices and seasonings. The food was kind of bland but the fruit was spectacular. I would recommend this location to family and friends because the service was amazing and the restaurant options at time made up for the bland buffets.

El personal es muy amable, la limpieza deja mucho que desear y los restaurantes de especialidades son terribles, la comida es muy mala.

The wait time for dining was terrible and the lack of availability for restaurants did not help. There were not alot ot options available for food.

This property is connected to a sister property which makes for a huge complex. The staff provides rides on golfcarts to shuttle you to/from the lobby to your room/the beach. Please note, wildlife is in abundance on the property. Once night while waiting for the shuttle, we saw at least 20 coaties digging in the grass outside of our building. They didn’t bother us, but it was very scary seeing that many in one spot. We also saw deer resting in the grass, and monkeys in the trees. When making reservations for the restaurants, I encourage you to make them early in the day, the spots fill quickly. The "shuttle" to Playa Del Carmen isnt really a shuttle. The property has an agreement with a taxi company and they charge $4/person each way. Majority of all the staff members were extremely friendly and really cared about the quality of their service! I highly recommend this hotel! One other thing to note, the beach adjacent to the property has vendors- it was a little annoying constantly telling them we were not interested in purchasing jewelry or excursions.
