Wir waren als kleine Familie für eine Nacht dort. Und fanden das Hotel super. Es ist liegt mitten in der Stadt, klein, süß, sauber, günstig, super nettes Personal.

Wir haben nur einmal übernachtet, es war sauber, das Bett für 2 Personen gross genug, Einrichtung einfach, Bad alters entsprechend u sauber. Personal sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel ist dem Alter entsprechend aber preislich angepasst und von daher kann man nichts bemängeln. Sauber, unkompliziert und nette personal. Das Morgenkaffe haben wir sehr genossen draussen mit hausgemachten Croissant die waren sehr fein! Wir würden wieder dahin gehen 👍

Hotel overall was great. AC in room didn’t work. I was on the top floor so it was unpleasantly warm. Staff had one other room where the AC didn’t work as well. They told me to just open a window and it was pretty noisy at night. I didn’t sleep well.

Enjoyed my stay here! One of the nicer and cleaner places I have stayed in Italy, in a budget price range so that was a welcome surprise. Easy check-in and kind staff that helped us store our luggage before we left for the airport. Great coffee and sitting area available downstairs. I will stay here the next time I am in Pisa. Thanks!

The hotel room we had didn't have a great view as the window were facing the courtyard, but this was probably the biggest plus for me, as it was extremely silent. There was no noise whatsoever during our journey. The bar on the ground floor had the best spritz I ever had and it's open 24 hours so whenever you need to drink or eat something, they're there. Quality/price is also very good both in the bar and the hotel. On the negative side, our shower had the "arm" broken so you couldn't just place the handle on it and have a shower, which was a bit annoying. Also there was no full size mirror to check your full outfit before going out. Wifi speed was one of the best I ever found in a hotel. Overall we really appreciated our stay.

A lovely little hotel with a great coffee shop, frequented by locals. It is an old building so some amenities in the room may not be what some are looking for. But if you simply want a very comfortable, local experience, it is wonderful! We would stay there again.

Very nice location close to everything. The hotel room was clean and basic. Although it could be nice with some pictures on the wall in the room and some more light in the bathroom :). But that were small things. All over you can´t complaint as the hotel is a 3* hotel. There is a café in the hotel, where it´s possible to buy cold and warm drinks, average bakery food, meal courses which the café can warm for you and ice cream. You can sit outside and enjoy these, but there is also a room inside with tables and chairs, where you can sit if needed. Note that the reception is staffed by the same persons as in the cafe. Sometimes it could seem a little chaotic, as the staff had to be in 2 places both handling cafe and hotel customers at the same time. But they were nice, polite and helpfull :) We will sure recommend the hotel to other travellers going to Pisa.

Awesome place to stay! Super great location to shops, short walk to train station and Pisa tower. The staff were INCREDIBLE! Everyone is so friendly accommodating. Would most definitely come stay here again.

very friendly and helpful staff on site. The room was super clean and big enough for 3 of us to stay overnight. The room we had was very quiet. The hotel location is very convenient to stores, restaurants and close to the sightseeing area. Great stay and would highly recommend this place.

The staff at this property was incredibly helpful, I cannot describe what a relief it was after a diverted flight and all the stress to organize an accomodation and trasport for the same night after midnight. Brilliant both the night and the morning shift. Hotel nocely located in a histoci buolding and area. Clean room and comfortable bed. I would absolutely stay there again!
