Hotel needs some updating. Room definitely wasn’t cleaned well. Several hairs left in the tub. Also looked like someone’s dirty feet were in the tub. We stayed, however I went and bought cleaning stuff and cleaned the bathroom before we would use it. Found pee under the Toilet seat when cleaning. Housekeeping definitely needs improvement.

This isn't a Ritz Carlton. However, your expectations for the price you pay will be exceeded. The breakfast is very good. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet. The only issue we had was zero WiFi due to our rooms proximity to the office. If we were closer we would have had service.

The area is safe and convenient and the staff was amazing! From check in to housekeeping they were always so friendly and accommodating. I stayed here 3 weeks for work and never needed for anything.

The floors were so dirty in the room that you needed to wash the bottom of your shoes, if you did walk barefoot you had to wash your feet before bed because they were black! Couldn't use the hot tub or the pool, the check-in desk clerk didn't look at you and was rude. Make sure you don't get a connecting room as the noise travels very easily.

The room was not cleaned properly. The ac vent has not been cleaned. When I took of the comforter there was a box cutter under it and strands of hair in areas of the bed. The staff is nice and the hotel location is great. It’s convenient, a lot of restaurants and shopping stores around the area.

I booked on my app, but after i arrived, I was told I had to wait 15-20 minutes to check in because the clerk was doing an audit. It look like they were remodeling. There was damage in the elevator. Most of the room doors in the hallway were not locked. The key card was unnecessary to have being that the key lock was damaged. Anyone could’ve entered my room. I felt unsafe. They should shut down until after they remodel.
