This is something we have taken note of and will highlight the room and carry out immediate work. We can confirm that the elevator is now fixed however apologize for the impact on your stay. Dear Sunpop, thank you for taking time to review we are pleased that you found the hotel to be modern however we are sorry that you felt unsafe walking to the hotel from Thalang Road late at night. I would say that to avoid walking you can take a taxi for 200 baht. I can also assure you we have not had any reports of any safety challenges from our guests regarding safety or criminality in Phuket town. We do hope you will choose to return in the future and we hope to improve upon this experience.
