rooms look realy nice and comfortable at first sight but after a couple of days you will find them not that practicable. nearly no space for your clothes, cupboard is in the bathroom! Location of hotel is not that great. Staff is friendly. Overall ok but you can find smaller hotels for better prices. I think in price should breakfast and also internet access be included.

The dining options are excellent along with the service and quality. Rooms are very nicely apponted and the ataff very friendly. It is a beautiful property. The only comment I have is the lack of convenient swimming pool, but that is because their pool is under renovation

I took my two granddaughters on an Asian vacation. We stayed at three Sofitels. One in Bangkok, Siem Reap, and Phnom Penh. The three Sofitel properties were excellent.
Staff was very helpful, breakfast was great.

Exceptional hotel, with exceptional service. The breakfast buffet alone makes this place worth a stay. Everyone was especially accommodating given that we were stranded by COVID-related flight interruptions. We can't wait to return when everything calms down.

うっかりしていて二度も財布とカバンを食堂やバースペースに忘れて、二回とも私の部屋番号を調べて(多分お客さんがどんな人かしっかり見ている)「お財布をバースペースに忘れてますよ」って部屋に電話をかけて来てくれた。当然なくなったものは無し。素晴らしいクオリティのサービスでした。

It is a well planned and laid out facility with classy and pleasing interiors.
