Very nice rooftop with a stunning little pool! Rooms are also very nice. So over all very good value for money. The negative points: some staff would need to be instructed properly and service is mostly slow. Also: the room has not been made once and there are long hairs in the room. Breakfast is more in the asian than on the western style side. Over all I would recommend it to stay there.

Nicht zu empfehlen
Leider gab es nur Ärger und Stress in diesem Hotel. Am letzten Tag mußte ich umziehen in ein anderes Zimmer und hatte am Schreibtisch meinen Paß liegen gelassen und das Hotelpersonal hat mir nicht Bescheid gegeben dass sie ihn an sich genommen haben und ich dachte ich hätte ihn verloren, hab all meine Taschen und Koffer durchsucht und deshalb fast zu spät zum Flughafen gekommen. Das andere Problem war dass das Personal vom Restaurant das Abendessen doppelt abkassieren wollte obwohl ich bereits über paypal bezahlt hatte. Obwohl ich bei den Getränken fast immer Trinkgeld gegeben habe, hat die Dame an der Rezeption einen Aufstand gemacht wegen 0,95 Dollar die ich "angeblich" im Minus wäre obwohl ich den vorletzten Tag aufs Abendessen im Hotel verzichtet habe weil es so schlech war und ausserhalb gegessen habe. Ich hätte dann ja Guthaben gehabt aber sie hat auf die 0,95 Dollar bestanden sonst hätte sie mich nicht zum Flughafen gelassen. So etwas dreistes hab ich noch nie erlebt.

Schönes Hotel mit nicht all zu gutem Service
Toller Rooftoppool und Bar, welche allerdings die Hälfte der Speisen/Getränke ihrer Karte gar nicht anbietet. Frühstück war lecker. Highlight: Kochstation für Eierspeisen und asiatische Nudelgerichte. Nicht riesige Auswahl, aber okay. Zimmer sind sehr modern und sauber. Putzpersonal sehr freundlich, dafür Servicepersonal nicht sehr effizient.

neues Hotel in der Stadt
Das Hotel ist neu oder frisch renoviert. Das zeigt nicht nur die Innenausstattung, sondern erkennt man auch an der neuen Klimaanlage. Die Beschreibung passt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Frühstück war reichlich (Buffet) und umfangreich. Es gab eine Unklarheit von den Buchungsleistungen, diese konnte ich problemlos und einfach mit dem Manager klären und wir haben alle Leistungen kostenfrei erhalten. Auch für den Business Aufenthalt gut zu empfehlen.

The hotel and room was clean, and the views were nice, but the room was really worn. Even a simple coat of paint would help. The bones seem good, but it all definitely needs some love. Staff was okay - they seemed a bit overworked and perhaps underpaid? Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was average and comments from others on the elevator were spot on.

Nice clean hotel with decent pool.
We had a short stay in Phnonh Penh and the Sim Boutique was well located for local markets and resteraunts. Clean and modern but let down a little by its single lift with capacity for only 8 people. Twice it stopped with only 7 people in it and signalled overweight and none of us were large! Aircon had a mind of its own and struggled to keep the room to a reasonable temperature. Breakfast was okay but staff slow to replenish sometimes, even when asked. Good pool with a great view.

Bad service and management . Try to push cancel Expedia and pay direct to them. I request to change the room. They told me to cancel with expedia, if not they won't chamge for me. Unbelieveable.
