It was rated high, so were our expectations, but really: Poolside spacious room (1. Floor, others all w Balcony to pool), Swim-up Bar, full of Plants and hanging Vegetation and all in this otherwise quite close courtyard. Perfect Service. Very clean. Super Breakfast included. Lots of lovely nice Details, like Soap out of a creem Dose (no waste of Soap), tiny little cooled fruitdrinks seperatly bottled, but all Bottles reused. 5 Stars out of 5. Dont be fouled by the location from the outside ! Its like walking into a Jungle Lodge right from the dusty neighborhood. Very convenient to the Airport. Keeping Trafic Jams delay at minimum. Taxiservice on Request. Downtown with the TukTuks (download one of the free App and save !) about 2,50 USD in 20 Minutes (Kings Palace). All thumbs up of our family of 4

Wahnsinnig schönes Hotel, das man in dieser Umgebung nicht erwartet. Tolle Zimmer, schönes Badezimmer, bequemes Bett. Alles sehr stylisch und liebevoll eingerichtet für den Preis. Zum Zentrum sind es 15 Minuten. Airport ist schnell zu erreichen.

Very nice place. Room is confortable. There is an Atrium in the center of the hotel and around the pool. Very quiet and close to the riverside and tourism area. Use Grab to select tuk tuk it’s less expensive. Around 4$. Staff are really nice and helpfull. Unexpensive for the quality.

My family stayed here for the 2023 SEAGames and loved it! They flew in from California and the Philippines. It’s a boutique hotel with the most amazing hotel staff! They were all so sweet and kind. They would assist with the transportation whenever they needed it and they always felt safe with the drivers they called. They offered a nice breakfast daily which was very helpful too. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Friendly staff and the manager was outstanding. I was-welcomed warmly even though I arrived at 12:30. The room wa fine. The breakfast could have been a little warmer a david coffee better. But I would stay there again!!

Strange design but comfortable
Service was very good. Staff was super friendly and polite. The room was comfortable. The only strange thing was that the shower and toilet were in the same open area as the bedroom and only divided by a screen that you can pull down. The bath was super deep so you had to carefully step down because there were no steps to get you down.

Best option to stay near airport for one night. In a very sketch part of town, but 10 min drive to airport. Clean, beautiful and safe inside. Front desk was helpful but kind of out of it. Pretty pool. Everything as advertised. Would recommend.

Comfortable rooms, clean, spacious, with nice balcony though overlooking nothing special. We chose it to be closer to airport, and it was a quick tuk tuk ride in morning. Really nice pool but I wish they would stop people from openly smoking there. Smoking = pollution

Great hotel close to airport
This is a lovely little hotel about 20 minutes by tuk-tuk from Phnom Penh airport. The rooms are a bit small but the beds are very comfortable with high-quality bedding and pillows. I've stayed here 3 different times and will go back again. The only complaint I have is at breakfast when there are many guests, the staff have a hard time keeping the food stocked, so coffee and some of the food options run out and it takes time for refills to arrive. But there's a lovely pool to swim at the end of a long day of work. I recommend this hotel if you need to stay close to the airport.

Nice to place to sleep.
We stayed for just an overnight stay before an early flight out. We arrived in the dark and left in the dark so don't have much to review except that it fit our needs. The short interaction with the staff was pleasant. They arranged a shuttle for us to the airport so that was helpful.

The pool was great and the hotel is very aesthetically pleasing. The staff were all SO helpful and friendly. Convenient location near the airport. Cons were that website advertised a rooftop jacuzzi and sauna but this was still under construction. And the doors to the balcony did not close completely so mosquitoes were able to get in the room.

Location was a little far out but overall the property was great. Think they need to look in to transport for guest like a hotel backed van for pick up and drop off. Really good hotel but location is it’s biggest issue to town and restaurants.
