We love Anik Palace. We have stayed here a few times now, and it's a beautiful hotel. We love the breakfast and the pool! The staff are also all very nice.

It's a beautiful, nicely decorated hotel, great facilities -top floor swimming pool and a bar with a nice view of the city, sauna, steam room, and a spa. Nice welcoming, helpfull and friendly staff ready to accommodate all your needs, like tours, transportations, and other questions. Thavy at the reception desk, was really helpful and went out of her way to make my stay so comfortable! Good breakfast with varieties of food and good coffee.

The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. I have one day on my own before I join a group tour. He recommended a Tuk tuk driver for half a day and I really enjoyed the sights, 4 in total. The buffet breakfast is very elegantly displayed. There is a wide variety to choose from. I have to remember the next time when I order my coffee at breakfast, I need to specify “ cafe americano”. Otherwise, it is too strong.

Nice 4-star hotel, but some improvements are needed. Upon checking in, I reminded the girl at the reception, that I am a VIP client, and as such, entitled for an upgrade of my room. Without hesitation she said: "sorry, we are fully booked, so it is not possible". Of course, this was a lie, since I checked on the spot and plenty of rooms were available. She just did not feel like going through the process of upgrading me. However, another staff person heard the conversation, and said that they have already upgraded me even before I have asked, and in deed, I had a room slightly better. So I did get the upgrade, but why to lie like that...? Another incident; twice I ordered a soda-water and twice they have charged me nearly double, as if I have ordered a cocktail or something like that. On arrival, I have noticed some people get a cold wet towel, to clean their hands, and some gets a glass of drink, and some gets both. I did not get any of the above. Why not treat all clients the same...? Drinks are very expensive, same price as 5 stars hotels in Tokyo. Non-alcoholic drinks are more expensive than most 5 stars hotels in Tokyo. Booked a pick up from the airport and got a confirmation message from the hotel. No one was waiting at the airport, and when I called, I was told: "take a taxi sir" Next to the hotel, a construction site, probably until the end of the year. Constant loud noise all day long!!! On the positive side; most staff are friendly and polite. Service is good.

This place is really beautiful from the entrance to the rooms to the terrace upstairs. We spend couple nights on our arrive in the country and even last night before leaving. Service is really good, all the staff speak English and help us a lot at the beginning when we had the issue wi the our luggage, also with transportation to others places and airport. Food is really good, I recommend to book room with breakfast included, is worth it. Drinks are also nice, during our stay they do happy hour some specific time and we drink upstairs with nice view of the terrace and pool.

The place is beautiful how it looks in the picture. Room spacious, bed comfortable, shower and toilet clean and bury. They provide you hair dry, towels, shampoo, body wash and other things in the toilet. The food was good as well, a lot of different options to chose from: savoury, deserts, fruits, cheese, ham, meat, eggs and more The pool was under maintenance so was not totally free to use during the morning, but in the afternoon no one was working there. The rooftop where also the pool is located, is really beautiful, was during Christmas period and a lot of decorations. They had happy hour pay one drink and get two. Outside the hotel plenty of stores, banks, atm, supermarket. If you are looking for a beautiful place with nice food, good location and clean that’s good option. Also they helped us a lot because we had issue with Jetstar airline, we had luggage delayed and they helped us to contact the airport and organise the way to get the day after our luggage.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. It genuinely looks exactly like the pictures. The staff were all so kind and attentive. The beds were very comfortable and the views of the city from the room were great. The rooftop pool and bar was an absolute highlight.

AMAZING hotel in the city - clean, good breakfast!
I wanted to stay longer in Phnom Penh just so I could stay at this hotel. Was so sad to leave after 2 nights. It was extremely clean, the shower was really big, the decor in the room was lovely, the breakfast was phenomenal!!!! I felt like I was at a 5 star hotel. The pool...ugh...just amazing. I didn't want to leave. The drinks are cheap too. What else could anyone want. Room service. The staff was so kind. Just all around amazing.

Beautiful hotel in a very nice area near restaurants and shops. Very comfortable rooms. The only thing is that the spa is not really worth it. Other than that, it was a perfect stay. The staff is super friendly, particularly those in the beautiful roof-top pool and bar area, they were the best.

Everything about our stay was perfection. Great location, easy to walk to the riverfront and nearby shops and restaurants. The spa was terrific- I highly recommend everyone make a visit. Rooftop pool and bar are lovely, even during the rainy season!
