Sehr gut.
Sehr sauber und preiswert. Bad sieht recht neu aus.. Covidmaßnahmen wurden beachtet und eingehalten. Frühstück in einem nahegelegenen Cafe im Preis enthalten. Bett bequem und nicht durchgelegen.

Siamo stati accolti con professionalitá. Purtoppo il bagno non abbastanza pulito e nelle lenzuola erano presenti dei peli. Al nostro rientro dopo cena, dentro la stanza c'era odore di fumo. Sicuramente proveniente dalla stanza accanto con la porta comunicante. Abbiamo comunque dormito comodamente.

it was good but you need cell service to call them when you get there since it is located in an apartment building with only a small sign. they don't speak english either.

La colazione che offrono e ad un bar distante più di 500 mt sempre super affollato e con personale scortese. Mi avevano detto che avrebbero cambiato gli asciugamani e non lo hanno fatto. La mia stanza era difronte alla reception e venivo continuamente disturbato dalle attività della struttura. Rimini dalla strada di continuo essendo al primo piano a ridosso della strada. La posizione e buona vicino la stazione e il mini Metrò. La pulizia degli alimenti era buona.

Convenient location
We liked the location close to the train station. We learned about the mini metro system which is very close by and transports one to the city center and back so efficiently. The room was spacious and clean. We would stay again..

Esperienza molto molto positiva, appartamento super bello ristrutturato mobilio nuovo in zona con tutti i servizi disponibili, mini metro, treni, autobus e superstrada nelle immediate vicinanze per recarsi verso Firenze o verso Roma. Colazione ottima compresa nel soggiorno che può essere consumata al bar della stazione.

Disappointed
Hotel ??? The only positive things was the balcony. No paper in the toilet and no hostess to ask new one cause the hostess (who need google translate to speak with you) disappear after the checking. First time I have no paper in the toilet of an hotel… And the breakfast included is just a joke. You have just one drink and one croissant or cake or sandwich. Just one piece.. absolutely not enough for a breakfast. It’s a shame to wrote « breakfast included » when it’s just a snack. It’s nice to sleep near the train station and it’s clean. That’s all.

sig. valerio Antony la sua carata igienica si trovava in camera sua in quanto lei ha prenotato una camera con bagno in comune, e tenere la sua carta personale nella toilette non è igienico. se mi avesse contattato le avrei fatto trovare 10 rotoli di carta igienica in 5 minuti. la colazione che lei disprezza è gradita dalla maggior parte dei clienti con la valutazione di 8 su 10. ha pagato per pernottare una notte presso il b&b 45 euro comprese le tasse di soggiorno. credo che è pretensioso chiedere di più. comunque noi forniamo stanze pulite, letti comodi igiene e una posizione strategica. buona giornata e grazie.

L'appartamento è ben curato, ha tutti i servizi essenziali. In una zona un po' trafficata (vicino stazione) ma che permette facilmente di raggiungere qualsiasi punto di interesse in poco tempo.
