„This was one of the most enjoyable stays we have ever had a hotel/guest house. We were made feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Strefano took time out to inform us of the history of the house and the detailed renovation and served us up a cup of tea. What we also liked is that the house is a nice distance from the main road so very quiet and with beautiful gardens. It´s only a short stroll into the quaint village of Callander. There is nothing we could fault with and we can whole ...

„We loved Highland Guest House. It's in a perfect location in a great little tow. Our hosts were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, the breakfast was fantastic, and another guest lounge had supplies of tea, coffee and fruit available during the day. We found many wonderful walks in the area, great meals in the nearby pub and lots of interesting shops in town. This guest house was also the best value accommodation we found on our holiday in the UK.“

„Booked again since we were overly impressed when we stayed here last year. Proprietors are ever so polite, friendly and accommodating. Full Scottish breakfast with cereals, yoghurts, toast, fruit, tea and coffee in abundance. Clean room with comfy bed has tea/coffee making facilities with biscuits and bottled water complimentary each day. Cannot recommend highly enough... we shall return.“

„Our stay here was wonderful. The owners were very nice and welcoming. On our last day they got up early to make us breakfast and say goodbye. They even offered to make us sandwiches for our trip to London. The house is a really nice cottage with a wonderful winter garden where you can watch all the birds during breakfast.“

„A night in a tent in a garden for £140 is a bit expensive specially for the quality of it. Floor uneven and cracked, and smelt a bit dump. Bathroom (in main house) is a bad design and water goes everywhere. We wanted to ask the owner questions, while they were in their private room, and as soon as we tried to get their attention, they went quiet and ignored us. They must have been able to hear me. I found it rude.“

„Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Tage in diesem geschmackvoll renovierten B+B. Das geräumige Zimmer bot genug Platz für uns und unseren 8 jährigen Sohn. Die Betten waren komfortabel. Leckeres Frühstück. Die Gastgeber waren sehr engagiert und immer für Fragen offen. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir die Flasche Aberfeldy Single Malt, die auf dem Zimmer zur freien Verfügung stand. “

„Für Abenteuerer top. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern da und hatten unseren Spaß. Die Sammeltoiletten waren auch sauber. Die Küchenausstattung könnte man um Teller und Geschirr erweitern. Ebenso sollte man größere Waschbecken einbauen, damit man mal vernünftig das Gesicht waschen kann. Lediglich das Behinderten-WC hat ein vernünftiges Waschbecken “
