das hotel ist wunderschön, obwohl man innert minuten im zentrum pattayas ist fühlt man sich wie auf einer insel. auch das personal ist überfreundlich

war 8 Tage allein dort um auszuspannen, habe mich dort aisgesprochen wohlgefühlt, das Hotel liegt nah genug am Trubel aber auch weit genug davon entfernt

Das Sheraton Pattaya Resort ist eine richtige Oase und wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall. Das Personal, vom Zimmermädchen, Poolboy, Rezeption bis hin zum Direktor war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt am Hang, was eine schöne Aussicht gewährt und die schönen Sonnenuntergänge kommen auch nicht zu kurz. Auch die 3 Pools liegen auf versch. Ebenen mit je einer anderen Form, so hat es für jeden etwas dabei. Freie Liegestühle waren immer vorhanden. Im Meer kann man zwar baden, aber der Strand ist steinig. Wenn man im Meer baden möchte, unbedingt Badeschuhe einpacken. Das Essen war sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet hält keine Wünsche offen und an 2-3 Tagen pro Woche bietet das Restaurant Themenbuffet an. Sehr zu empfehlen, vor allem wenn man die ganze Palette Meeresfrüchte oder Asia Food ausprobieren möchte. Pattaya haben wir ausgewählt, weil wir nur einen Direktflug wollten und es von Bangkok noch ca. 1.5 Std. Autofahrt ist. Pattaya selber ist eher ein Loch als eine Stadt und nebst dem grossen Shoppingcenter (center festival) hatten wir nie das Bedürfnis ins Getummel. Aber das haben wir im Vorfeld gewusst und darum war uns die Wahl des Hotels sehr wichtig. Das Hotel bietet täglich mehrmals einen Shuttle Bus an, der ins grosse Shoppingcenter fährt. So kann man sich das Taxi sparen. Es waren nur wenige Familien mit Kindern unterwegs. Am Pool haben sie kaum gestört. Und sonst sind wir auf einen anderen Pool ausgewichen. Wer die Ruhe und keine Attraktionen am Pool/Meer mag, ist hier goldrichtig. Wer trotzdem mal den Rummel will, hat es nicht weit bis nach Pattaya.

Toller Service
Ausserhalb des Lärms und Trubels von Pattaya auf einer Anhöhe gelegene geruhsame Oase.. Pattaya nur mit Taxi erreichbar. Ab 23.00h sind keine Taxis vom Hotel nach Pattaya mehr erhältlich, zurück von Pattaya ins Hotel kein Problem. Last Call an der Hotelbar ist 22.30h, danach geschlossen, etwas früh finden wir! Hotel ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Service top, sehr hilsbereit, mit der üblichen Ausnahme. Empfehlenswert, wenn man ruhig Ferien machen möchte. Preis etwas höher aber verschmerzbar.

The property is beautiful but the rooms smelled very bad with moisture. Had to change rooms 3 times and wait for long period of time to get a room ready for us. Staff was very nice and manager was very nice and accommodating. Rooms were uncomfortably moist and smelled like sewers.

the best part of the complex is the INFINTI bar and restaurant and also the best staff work there on our visit We found alot of areas not properly cleaned around the property inc the outside floor of the main restaurant, the air con units were dust filled and plates left outside the floor we stayed on for 2 days ..... The beach is small and private as advertised but no see\a access which isnt mentioned 5 star not yet but a good 4 star
