Umfangreiches Frühstück, für Thai Verhältnisse sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Ist kein 5-Sterne Hotel, Einrichtung ist nicht auf dem heutigen Standard, aber ausreichend. Lage ist Top, Night Markets gut erreichbar über die aufspring-Taxen, 7-Eleven ums Eck und Strand vor der Tür.

Empfehlenfswertes hotel an der Besuchstrasse.
Leider ist der Strand nicht sauber. Das Strandleben ist genießbar. Der Balkonblick einfach Super zum Meer. Deshalb die gute Bewertung. Das Personal nicht geschult mit mangelhaften Englisch. Hier sollte sich was ändern.

Durchschnittliches Hotel
Insgwsamt waren wir eine Woche im Hotel.Die Lage ist im Vergleich zu Pattaya akzeptabel. Der Strand war zum Teil durch tote Fische verschmutzt. Das Hotel selbst ist ein eher unpersönlicher Bau. Am Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes war das Hotel ausgebucht. Die Frühstücksräume warwn dann zu klein und das Personal hoffnungslos überfordert. Insgesamt alles eher durchschnittlich. Im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ok. Weder ein Ort noch ein Hotel in und an dem man sich ausgesprochen wohlfühlt.

Too crowded
Every morning, four times the same situation: very big breakfast room, totally crowded, mainly Chinese and very, very view Western guests; atmosphere like in a canteen - difficulties in finding a suitable table, either occupied or many tables full of used plates, cups,… - a lot of wasted food on the plates left; not nice to look at! - very loud so that conversation is difficult - but breakfast buffet is excellent offering a huge variety of tasty Asian food; expensive when not booked in advance - at 8:30 chairs at the pool were occupied by towels, books, etc.; so no chance to lie down - but pools are nice with view to the sea - room is big with view to the sea, but can only fully be enjoyed from the rooms in the centre of the hotel - no chairs and small table on the balcony (superior room), so no chance to sit there; ridiculous with that view to the sea! - furniture in the room is very old and a bit run down and not suitable to a 4*-hotel - bathroom not to standard, but always hot water and clean - good internet - beach opposite the hotel is not very nice and not inviting for swimming - area and shops near the hotel are not interesting but you can easily take the Bath taxi to areas near-by - welcome drink in the Sky Bar, 38th floor; nice atmosphere in the evening - staff at the reception desk was not as friendly as the last three times I stayed there - overpriced unless you can get a special offer - this stay was not as pleasant as my stays be

Sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Zimmer eher karg, zb. ohne Musik. Sehr schöne Aussicht. Massenhotel, Busse fahren vor und ab, sehr viele Koreaner. Das Hotel bietet wenig Atmosphäre, wenig Stil. Frühstückssaal immer viel zu kalt, draussen tragen u. U. die Spatzen das Essen fort. Frühstück nur bis 10 Uhr! Das paßt nicht in den Urlaub. Bereits 09:50 werden die Urlauber ermahnt, das Früstück pünktlich zu beenden. Bei der Ankunft werden 3.000 bht Kaution abverlangt.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt
Besonders angenehm empfanden wir den Kühlschrank im Hotelzimmer sowie den Tee/Kaffeeservice (Wasserkocher und Teebeutel/Kaffeeinstant zum Selberzubereiten) Schöne Pools mit Auflagen / Handtüchern und Sonnenschirmen wer wie wir sich gerne sportlich betätigt, steht ein gut ausgestattetes klimatisiertes Fitnessstudio zur Verfügung Das Hotel wird derzeit umfangreich renoviert. Der Bau-/Umbau-/Renovierungslärm wurde auf ein nicht zu vermeidendes Minimum reduziert. Aufgrund des Preis-/Leistungsverhältnisses ergeben sich für uns keine Beanstandungen.

Die Hotelanlage ist riesig. Jeden Tag gab es die Ankunft von grossen Gruppen . Viele Chinesen . Das Fruestueck war gut aber Massenabfertigung . Grosser Vorteil oder Pluspunkt : Die zwei Swimmingpools - Nähe zum Strand - und die tolle Aussicht aus den Zimmern.

Toller Strand- und Fernblick
Das D Varee befindet sich etwa in der Mitte vom langen Jomtien Beach. Durch die halbrunde Bauart haben alle Zimmer, die hoch genug liegen, einen tollen Meer- und Fernblick. Die Ausstattung unserer Zimmer (Kategorie Superior, 12. Etage) war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch ok. Etwas störend war die laute Klimaanlage. Einen Pluspunkt für den Service gibt es, weil nach vorheriger Anfrage per E-Mail unsere Zimmer genau wie gewünscht reserviert wurden (nebeneinander, Blick in Richtung Pattaya). Das Hotel ist Ausgangspunkt für viele Tourgruppen, durch die es morgens beim Frühstück auch mal voller werden kann. Dies kann man einfach durch späteres Frühstücken vermeiden. Die beiden Pools des Hotels sind ok, wobei beim oberen leider kein Sonnenschutz vorhanden war (keine Schirme oder größere Pflanzen). Insgesamt ist das Hotel empfehlenswert und wir würden es sofort wieder buchen. Die kleinen Abstriche, die man hier und da machen muss, werden durch den tollen Blick und die - verglichen mit dem quirligen Pattaya - recht ruhige Strandlage mehr als kompensiert. Mit dem Sammeltaxi ist man dann für 10 Baht pro Person trotzdem schnell mitten im Trubel, sofern man das will.

zimmer sehr geraeumig und relativ confortabel !!!!!aber!!!!kein deluxe zimmer buchen!!!!!aufschlag umsonst bezahlt!!! hatte 3 tage ein standart zimmer gebucht....war sehr zufrieden....habe noch 3 weitere tage gebucht.... dieses mal deluxe!!!doch die unfreundliche inderin an der rezeption sagte:"DASS SIND ALLES DIE SELBEN ZIMMER,, und gab mir die karte vom selben zimmer noch mal!!!! auch auf meine waesch habe ich 3 tage warten mussen!!!und die reinigung war doppelt so teuer wie in der waescherei gegen ueber!!!! und am letzten tag hatten wir eine andere putzfrau.......die war wohl nicht so motiviert an diesem tag??? aschen becher nicht ausgelehrt....glaeser schmutzig....tisch nicht abgewischt.... aber die standart zimmer ohne erwartung auf grossartigen service sind vollkommen ok und weiter zu empfehlen....

Gepflegtes großes Hotel mit super Pool
Liegt direkt am Strand (natürlich durch die Strasse getrennt). Man kann für kleines Geld an den Stand der Beach Road oder in die verschiedenen Mall's fahren. Hat zwei sehr schöne große Pool's die auch nicht so warm, eher kühl sind (schöne Abkühlung). Frühstücksbüffet ist super es gibt einfach alles.

Im großen und ganzen waren wir mit dem hotel zufrieden. Allerdings bedarf es, zumindest bei unserem zimmer, dringend einer renovierung!! Der boden ging auseinander, die tapeten waren zum teil dreckig und an manchen stellen kurz vor dem ablösen. Die möbel zum teil abgegriffen. Das personal war freundlich. Das frühstück vollkommen ausreichend.

Honestly I don't know how this property can call itself a 5 star. At one time it probably was a great hotel but now the rooms are pretty beat up and not that clean. At least mine were. On the other hand, the breakfast is good. It's in a good area and it has a pool and gym. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for and this place is relatively cheap.

Great Hotel
We really enjoyed this place. First time here. Close to the beach. Rooms very nice, breakfast is outstanding, gym great. Service is excellent. Both pools are beautiful, espcially the sky p view. The only comment i would add that i didnt like is the chairs at the pool. People wae up eary, throw a towel on the poolside chair and then disappear for hours. We didnt get to use the pool once in 4 days. This is common eveywhere, not jua an issu here. A "reservation fee: or small charge by the hour might help sokve this issue. Otherwise a wonderful stay and we will be back for sure.

駐車場スタッフやビーチ沿いのレストランスタッフがとても親切だった。レセプションのスタッフも感じが良く丁寧でした。またスイートにアップグレードしてくれたのはとても嬉しかったです。しかし、部屋のテレビはノイズが多く画像が悪かった。しかも数分で電源が切れてしまう状況。画面サイズも小さい。朝食は良くもなく悪くもないです。朝食会場のスタッフも親切でしたが指示をしていた比較的年配の女性スタッフはあまり感じがよくなかった。ビーチロード沿いのレストランで食事をしましたがスタッフも素晴らしく、また行きたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

Easy place to keep vacation
Good location and nice "basic" hotel. The room was a little bit worn out. Wifi was quite poor. Breakfast ok, average level. Lifts has been always the problem in this hotel. We stayed three weeks and they didn't change the bedclothes. Staff was very friendly and service was good. Overall, easy place keep vacation.
