ПОНРАВИЛОСЬ хорошее расположение отеля к морю. В этом отеле было уникальным прямой выход в бассейн и разрешалось в нём плавать до позднего вечера. Это очень понравилось!!! Номер просторный, большой, с душевой кабиной, каждый день пополнялись ванные принадлежности, это тоже очень понравилось. Не понравилось многое. Это то, что номере две бутылочки воды на двоих, что при 35-38 градусов жары очень мало. Завтраки скудные и однообразные. Каждый день только яйца, фасоль в томате, сосиски, рис, мясо и вермишель в соусе с карри. Первые пять дней были вкусными тайские булочки с мясом, но каждый день одно и тоже сильно приелось. Из фруктов арбуз, драгон фрукт, ананас и через день были кислый passion fruit, или джекфрут. Самым вкусным из перечисленных фруктов был только арбуз. Персонал на тройку. В описании отеля было заявлено, что есть немецко-говорящий персонал. На самом деле только тайский или английский язык. Поэтому с нашим немецким общение было просто ужасным. По прибытию в отель абсолютно всех приветствовали прохладительными напитками, а нас нет. Это было очень обидно.

Wir haben in dieser Unterkunft zu dritt 3 Nächte übernachtet. Wir hatten uns sehr gefreut, da unser Urlaub in diesem Hotel begonnen hat. Für 3 Nächte haben wir insgesamt ca. 600€ gezahlt. Das Geld ist es definitiv nicht Wert. Die Außenpools sind alle sehr dreckig. Unser Zimmer war leider ebenso dreckig. Das einzig positive war die Lage. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage hatten wir keinen Lärm von außen. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar, jedoch sind in diesem Abschnitt sehr viele Quallen. Das Hotelpersonal war leider nicht hilfsbereit bzw. sehr unfreundlich. Wir hatten darüber nachgedacht um einen Tag zu verlängern und sollten 1/3 mehr bezahlen als der ursprüngliche Preis. Und dies war ein spezial price 😅 Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt vorne und hinten nicht. Das Hotel ist sehr heruntergekommen. Lassen sie sich nicht von den Bildern täuschen!!

You could have contacted me at any time if there were any problems with the cleanliness of your room, because I even gave you my private contact number.I gave you many tips and advice myself and was always ready to help you, so it's not fair that you portrayed the staff as unhelpful.The beach in front of the hotel is not part of the hotel so there is nothing we can do about the jellyfish. We have offered to store your suitcases with us for 3 days free of charge even though you will no longer be our hotel guests after your return.I have also explained to you the price for the other nights that you have requested from me, so please stick to the truth.The Graceland wishes you a pleasant stay in Thailand and hopes that we can convince you of a better quality on your next visit.

Licht und Schatten
Insgesamt eine riesengroße und schöne Hotelanlage. Aber das Hotel war ausgebucht und mit dieser Situation überfordert. Schon beim Einchecken wurden wir lieblos abgefertigt und ich musste 3 mal Nachfragen bis endlich jemand zur Verfügung stand, der uns das Zimmer zeigen konnte. Was nützt mir eine wunderschöne Pool-Landschaft, die das Hotel zweifellos hat, wenn viel zu wenig Liegen zur Verfügung stehen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und vielfältig aber eine regelmäßige Wartezeit von fast 10 Minuten am Kaffeeautomaten haben auch hier die Freude am guten Frühstück getrübt. Und last but not least war das Hotel hauptsächlich mit russisch sprechenden Gästen gefüllt.

Tolle Lage am Pool sehr große Pool Landschaft
Das Hotel liegt ideal in Patong. Es ist ruhig. Zimmer sind toll mit Balkon. Es gib 4 Pools Ein super infinity Pool auf dem Dach, ein Pool entlang der Zimmer der mindestens 100 m Länge hat. Einen kleineren entlang der Zimmer und einen großen Hauptpool. Wer schöne Pools liebt ist hier richtig.Der Strand ist nur durch die Straße getrennt. Negativ ist: WLAN muss man ständig die Zimmer Nr eineben nach 5 Minuten Öffentliche Bereiche sind optisch sehr renovierungsbedürftig auch die Pooliegen 90 % Russische Gäste An der Rezeption gibt es freundliche und weniger freundliche Mitarbeiter Frühstpck ist okay

vielleicht für Familien geeignet
Das Hotel ist wie eine eigene Stadt. Habe bewusst ein größeres Zimmer gebucht, 1. Queenbett und 1. Einzelbett mit Meerblick. Erhalten habe ich 2. Queen-Betten. Aussicht auf das nächste Gebäude und wenn man sich zur Seite lehnt etwas vom Meer, schön ist etwas anderes. Das Frühstück war auch nicht so gut wie viele andere beschrieben haben, nur die Waffeln sind wirklich gut, rest ist Standard oder sogar schlecht. Von meiner Sicht ist das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis schlecht, für den Preis gibt es viel bessere Hotels in Phuket. Zur Info, die Zimmer die mit neu angeben sind , sind nur im neueren Gebäude und nicht neu renoviert und auch schon etwas abgewohnt.

eines der besten Hotels in Patong
Sehr schöne, moderne Hotelanlage direkt am Strand und nur 10 Gehminuten zur belebten Bangla Road. Familienfreundlich und sehr gepflegt. Einzigstes Manko: man kann nur Smartphones pro Zimmer für das WLAN anmelden und die Leitung ist sehr schwach.

When I first showed up for a booking, we were told we had to wait to check in, which is completely normal. After checking in and going into the room, we immediately noticed The horrible stench of human waste. I mean terrible!! Smell there was hairs on the shower floor. It had not been cleaned, and the sheets stunk like body oder. We notified them they would not move rooms, but they sent a lady in with Pineau cleaner and she sprayed it in the corner of the rooms, poured it down the drains and walked out and all while doing this Barefooted!!? WHAT!?

Some power pounts in the room didn't work. There was a smell from the drain near the toilet in our room. We teported this but it was not fixed. Table and 2 small chairs needed fir in room dining. The staff wrte very friendly. Buffet breakfasts are excellent.

Well laid out resort, with numerous pools and close to the beach for swimming. Also within walking distance to most of the things Phuket has to offer. Perhaps a little large to expect the personal touch that can be provided in smaller places.

Very beautiful hotel, clean, many pools, amazing view from the top pool , the rooms are spacious , breakfast is good with a lot of choices, the staff is nice , it's prefect, we enjoyed our stay ! The only thing I did not like is Patong and its atmosphere and the beach which is not really nice but it has nothing to see with the hotel ...

We went in April, 3/4 pools. Not too expensive. Breakfast buffet had good options. We did have a room with a balcony opposite a restaurant so some nights we heard a lot of singing from the on-site entertainment but nothing majorly disruptive. Room was spacious for three people and comfy. Good amenities, lovely staff.

Property is a beautiful lay out. We loved the pool areas along with the gardens . Staff are very nice and pleasant . Location is superb next to the beach and a 10 min walk to the shops . I recommend this place definitely. Will not disappoint. Happy traveller's 😊
