We left something in our room and did not discover until an hour after we checked out. The person at the front desk went to our room and found the item and called us back very quickly. Very Nice. Check in person was very nice as well. Loved the staff.

My room was on the Freeway side, Used earplugs to try to sleep I asked to move rooms with no help. I left a day early.

This Red Lion is an old tired property. Some remodeling is underway however, I was in an old room. I found only about 1/2 the outlets worked as I searched for a place to plug in devices. Only one night stand alongside bed. Room was clean, sheets and towels were good quality. Overall feels like owners are squeezing what they can out of a once impressive property.

This hotel is really old. When we arrived, it took us 45 minutes to get checked in. We booked a room for 3 guests which ended up being a king size bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed looked to be about 50 years old. The cushions were really dirty and wasn't really fit for even a dog to sleep on. Plus, we were not provided with any extra pillows, sheets or blankets and had to wait almost an hour for them to find us some which was super annoying since it was late and we just wanted to get some sleep. The room was ok but the layout was weird… it had 2 fridges in the living space, but no trash cans. We went down for dinner to the restaurant one night but that was closed. We then tried the bar and grill only to be told all kids would need to leave at 9am (in 20 minutes). We ordered some food which took about an hour to arrive, and took it up to our room on trays. Some of the food was really overcooked but we didn’t complain since I felt that would take another 3 hours of my life. Overall, I paid almost $725 for 2 nights at this place and to be honest, it wasn’t worth half that. A very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

I loved the location. Easy to get to airport and the interstate. The rooms were clean. The staff very friendly and welcoming. The breaskfast was awesome. I had only one problem, the plug ins were very loose when it came to charging anything. Couldn't get it work in the bathroom. Other than that, the stay was great

There was a nightclub on the property in the restaurant and they started ridiculously loud music at 10 PM. When I called to complain I was just told “oh maybe we can close the doors.” The nightclub noise didn’t end until 2 AM which is ridiculous for a hotel. The entire floor I was on was shaking. Impossible to sleep through it! Would NOT recommend this hotel.

The staff was great. The rooms were clean but terribly outdated. The exterior grounds were over grown with weeds and garbage was blowing around everywhere. Only two flat pillows were provided and no blow dryer.

I called several times and letting it ring and ring and ring after landing from my flight and no one answered for shuttle service and I had to walk to hotel at night. The shower also didn't work and there was no ice available in the ice machines. Very disappointed.

If you are interested in leaving your vehicle through the duration of your trip, feel free to utilize our Park and Fly package that is only available when you book through the Red Lion. Our PNF package offers a discounted rate and qualifies for seven days of free parking. Our shuttle is available 24/7 for pick ups and drop offs.

For the price of this hotel, the so-called breakfast could have been so much better. The room we were given was literally next door to an inside bar/club. If you don't want to be awaken by party time, ask for another room, far away from the club. They partied all night but when i arrived back from my conference at 10:30pm the kitchen was closed. Tjrtr is the mega restaurant facility in the middle of the hotel entrance that is usless, and is just taking up space. They are open 2 or 4 hours M-F for i guess just lunch. Itd called seasons but don't get ypur hopes up. Its next to the airport whi h i gurss is convenient, however across the freeway are what I would call the orher side of the tracks. Honestly, this place is just old, extremely fated... and looks like despite the sign that suggests under renovations this place is like 30 fays from closing. Overall, if I had to go back to Pasco, I would definitely dtay again...BUT ONLY after having exhausted all orher options. It was conference referal. I assumed they would suggests better. Oh well, the staff was tremendous, so there's that. 😜

This place is overpriced for the quality of the facility and room. The bed was very squeaky and the bathtub didn't drain well so the shower water pooled up in the tub. It was a grimy, rundown place that was not worth the price. I will never stay at Red Lion again. The people who work there (front desk, breakfast host) were lovely.
