Awful experience
We had a full oceanfront view room. Room was situated opposite to the kitchen of the restaurant. Awful smell and noise were constantly coming up to our room. Housekeeping only changed towels. Don't trust the photos on their homepage, they do not match reality. Never again.

Hotel zum entspannen
Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer im Tower (7. Stock) mit Meerblick. Dem Zimmer hat es an nichts gefehlt. Den Balkon konnten wir beim In-Room-Dining perfekt nutzen.

Ferienwohnung mit Aussicht
Das Zimmer war eine eigentliche Wohnung, mit top ausgestatteter Küche (Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, herd etc.), zwei WC's, Wohnzimmer mit Ess-Ecke, grosse Sofa-Ecke und Kamin. Fernseher in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Bad bestens mit Badewanne und Dusche. Terrasse mit Blick auf's Meer war auch toll. Nicht grad das modernste Design, aber rundum zufrieden!

The staff were helpful at the front desk but we had constant noise in our room from the HVAC system even though we turned it off. We told the front desk and they sent someone while we were out but it didn’t get fixed. Also the janitorial staff came to our room to change our towels but didn’t replenish our toilet paper. When I asked the front desk for more toilet paper, they left it outside the room. Very strange.

Really lovely place to stay, the view is amazing! The staff are super friendly too, we even got a little Easter egg when checking in. We got room service and the food was really good! I would definitely stay there again. The only issue I had was that there were kids staying above us and they were super loud and banging on the floor. We complained a couple of times because it was disturbing us. I would have like to possibly been moved but that may not have been an option at the time. All around nice place though, and there is a pool/hot tub!

Our unit was located near ocean with a waterfront view. We had easy access to the boardwalk. The Grounds around the property were well looked after and free of litter. Would definitely book here again.

This property is located close on the ocean, only separated by a board walk. Easy shopping within walking distance. Lovely area, this made our stay very enjoyable.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom oceanfront suite. It was fully equipped with everything we needed including a full kitchen. Every time we turned around we were impressed with the next feature. Well thought out and appreciated. Great view and boardwalk. Would definitely recommend this property, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

I think the biggest complaint we had was that the hotel had only one elevator in the tower we stayed in. At one point, it took us over 20 minutes to go from our room on the third floor to the car and back to the room because we forgot something but since there is only one elevator and the cleaning staff uses it, it was full. The underground parking lot gets full in the evening, so you'll need to park at the parkade across the street. The pros, beach front - easy access, deep tubs which my husband of 6'1" was able to fit in, electric chargers for EV cars (although there were sooooo many cars parked that wasn't charging or wasn't an electric car and just wanted to park for the spot). It's family friendly hotel, staff were all nice and great. I would like to see the bath robes in the room instead of requesting for them.

We stayed 3 nights in a 1 bedroom suite. Pull out sofa was perfect for our young grandsons. Our room was beautiful, updated and very clean. The property is stunning and is located right on the beach. Restaurants, shopping and grocery stores are all within walking distance of the property. The indoor pool also provided entertainment for our grandsons during the evenings or when the weather wasn't the greatest.

Room was clean, spacious and modern. Had full kitchen and fridge. In room fireplace was a nice amenity. Great balcony overlooking the beach. Restaurant and bar offered great food and drinks. Could walk right in off the beautiful beach boardwalk. Food was great. Hotel and restaurant service was terrific.

We loved our ocean front property! We enjoyed a beautiful sunset after dinner with a walk along the boardwalk! The playground was a short walk away and it has something for all ages! We will definitely be back when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy the beach and ocean more!

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Pool and hot tub are not too busy. Great food selection at the restaurant. Love the proximity to the beach and the community park for kids. We stayed at the Tower on the 8/F. There’s only 1 elevator to serve both guests and service staffs for the 70 units on the tower. Housekeeping for our room was done in the later part of the afternoon and closer to the evening. When we came back to the hotel to take a break after some day activities and realized the room is not cleaned yet, we forfeited some rests in order to give time for housekeeping. We would still come back to the Beach Club Resort next time we are in Parksville.
