Absolut perfekte Lage, tolles Viertel mit netten Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von der Seine entfernt. Schönes Zimmer, schönes Bad, Tee- und Kaffee mit Wasserkocher im Zimmer - sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Lage war super, inmitten von Paris im wunderschönen belebten & buntem Viertel Marais. Gute Verkehrsanbindung (Metrostation & Bus gleich um die Ecke). Das Frühstücksangebot ist für französische Hotels nicht schlecht. Obwohl Drumherum genügend Cafés sind, in den es sich gut frühstücken lässt für etwas mehr Geld allerdings. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein, aber man ist die meiste Zeit unterwegs & geschlafen haben wir gut. Gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis

Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und ordentlich , das Personal freundlich und eigentlich jeder im Hotel konnte englisch sprechen.Das Hotel liegt auch schön zentral.Unser Fenster ging zur Straße raus , es war aber garnicht laut. Wir hatten das Frühstück dazu gebucht- bei vegetarischer Ernährung wird die Auswahl kleiner und sich vegan zu ernähren ist in dem Hotel so gut wie garnicht möglich gewesen.(Brot mit Marmelade), also würde ich Veganern empfehlen außerhalb zu frühstücken. zu dem wurde leider nur am ersten Tag Obst angeboten, dass nicht frisch war. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden! nur am Frühstück gab es Dinge auszusetzen :)

Lebendiges Marais
Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend geeignet, um in den abzweigenden Gassen, auf dem wunderschönen Place des Vosges oder den Museen des Marais abzutauchen. Das Zimmer ist super sauber, die Mitarbeiter freundlich gewesen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Sauber und freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind natürlich sehr klein, aber das ist was man in Le Marais erwarten kann. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen

Kleine Zimmer - Tolle Lage
Sehr kleine Zimmer. In der ersten Nacht hatten wir ein Zimmer ohne Fenster - wir konnten aber immerhin für die zweite Nacht in ein anderes Zimmer wechseln. Die Umgebung mitten im Marais ist allerdings perfekt!

The breakfast did not compare to any of the others in Europe ( the crepes and pancakes are made and left cold on a plate instead of warming tray ) although to be fair it was 15 Euros compared to 20 Euros in Nice and the staff were not as friendly compared to our other stays .

Hotel Turenne La Marais was a great find....the location is supreme, the staff super kind and friendly, and the room, while small, was clean, had double pane windows ( super quiet) and a great hot shower.....the linens provided were also nice, new and good quality. all in all, it is a good place and I recommend it!

Hotel Turenne de Marais was a very nice stay. The room was ample by París standards with a very comfortable bed and very quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was not fancy but with lots of variety and a bargain at the price. I look forward to staying there again.

It wasn’t special or memorable. Which is fine but they didn’t even provide coffee. Instant coffee in my room and when I asked the front desk if I could get a cup of real coffee, they provided me with a cup and showed me to the lovely machine in the breakfast room. I told the lady I did not choose the breakfast package/option and she said “that’s ok.” I was charged €6 upon checkout an hour later. I wish I’d known I couldn’t get a cup of coffee without paying 3€ per cup. All the other hotels I’ve stayed at on my trip are happy to provide guests with a cup of coffee. Yeesh.

Hotel was clean and perfectly fine but the rooms & bathroom are SMALL! We had a room for three people (2 beds) and the second bed was tucked into the area in between the bathroom door and the room door so you hit the bed if you opened the bathroom door too fast and it was just crazy tight to walk into the room - really too small of a room to have a second bed. No room to put suitcases other than on the floor where you had to walk. But the place was clean and fine otherwise.

Staff were lovely, and the hotel is in a great area - close to metro stations, easily walkable with great food and drink options around. But the hotel room was tiny and badly needs some renovation updates (scratched/torn wallpaper, old carpets, bits of the drywall in the ceiling of the bathroom were cracked and peeling off, etc.) Perhaps this outlet placement is the norm in europe but it is not in north america - folks should note that there is no power outlet in the bathroom (at least there wasn't any in the double room I stayed in) so you are stuck drying your hair, using curling irons, etc while squished into the roughly 1 foot/12 inch wide space next to either side of the bed, as those are the only outlets with mirrors close by. The design of the room itself is a neat idea, love the Renoir inspired "painting" on the wall, very parisian and lovely. But the carpets need replacing, as do the curtains (while technically clean, they appeared old and musty). The bathroom is quite small, the design of the shower (open) meant that water splashes everywhere so be prepared to wipe that up with one of the thin towels they provide. The room overall is teeny tiny, as a solo traveller I didn't mind it too much - but it is a double room and is advertised as ideal for 2 people. I would not recommend 2 people stay there for longer than a night or two, it would get cramped pretty quickly. Ideal for a short stay in a nice area for a somewhat affordable price! Not 3 stars by my standard.

The location in Le Marais is excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave we us an excellent restaurant recommendation. My room was small but comfortable, a bit stuffy and the bathroom was pretty snug. Fine for a night. I think I’d have been given a larger room for a longer stay.
