Apart from the tablet you can find manual buttons to control the TV, blinds and lights in the room. Sad to hear you had troubles with the ipad charger and the fridge. And for the experience you had.However we must let you know that citizenM offers coffee and tea 24/7 at our canteenM and we do not hold up coffee from our guests, and if this was the case in our hotel, we will not hesitate to share the feedback to our team and this is not our way of taking care of you as a guest. On another note, we also do not have a coffee machine in the rooms, so there might have been a misunderstanding?We are wondering if there's a possibility that there's been a miscommunication somewhere.
