Dear guest, thank you for your review and positive comments about our hotel. Some of the side rooms have full sea view due to the location of the hotel but unfortunately I can't check yours as I have no name, therefore no access to your reservation. Now the hotel is closed for the winter period and we will check again all rooms in case we were mistaken in any way in regards of the view (sea view, side sea view, etc). Thank you for letting us know.

Dear guest, The hotel is indeed new, we opened mid June this year. We are not a beach hotel, the sea is some 250 meters away, rocky area, but people can swim. There are two beaches nearby, minutes away, the Mimoza beach and Konnos beach. You describe the hotel as expensive cheap and yet, we have coffee making facilities and nespresso machines in all our rooms. We offer on complimentary basis instant coffee, tea, sugar, milk and two espresso capsules! The deposit for the pool towels is as you say; a deposit. Return the towel on departure and get the 10 euro back. Many hotels have similar policies. Same for the late check out...As for the breakfast, we don't offer instant coffee only, that's odd to write such a thing; we also have filter coffee, espresso, cappuccino and large variety of teas.

You stayed in our hotel for a whole week and there is no feedback whatsoever for any problem... A week's stay and yet you criticise cleanliness because of one insect on arrival. It's nature all around us, it might happen. Room was not as described; maybe you were correct on this because I saw that you were upgraded from side sea view to sea view room. So action was taken to satisfy you. As for the shower gel, if the request was not late night, certainly someone would have brought it to your room. At that time, my colleague was all alone and could not leave the reception. One incident like this though within one week, does not classify the hotel as a hostel! Nevertheless, I appreciate all comments coming from our guests and we take them very seriously, as we want to improve ourselves and give the best possible service.
