It is dismaying to read that you felt insufficient information was given to you on check-in and that you were disappointed with your stay, but we truly wish we had known of your dissatisfaction, while you were with us, as we would have made the effort to explain any query you may have had. We would also like to clarify that the drink you paid for was not your free welcome drink on arrival, but the drink ordered at dinner in the restaurant, which is payable for Half Board guests. Our hotel is only one of many in our group of hotels in Cyprus and Greece, perhaps you would consider visiting one of these for your next holiday. Kind regards,
