The condo itself was comfortable and clean. We had plenty of space and everything we needed for cooking, plenty of towels, and a beautiful view. Be sure to bring or plan to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, and any other disposable item you might need. There was enough to get through about a half day. The outdoor furniture on the balcony appeared to be almost brand new. The couch in the living room has been well used, a little dingy, and not the most comfortable. The king bed had some indentations, but was still a comfortable night's sleep. The toilet seats showed some wear and need replaced, but they were clean. Decor is tasteful and well kept.
The building itself seemed to be well maintained. There were some elevator rides that were a little crowded, and we experienced some short wait times, but that's to be expected from a 30 story building. Pools were generally not crowded, however the beach had people pretty packed in. It would have been helpful to know the hours of operation for registration desk. We would have timed our arrival differently to get there before it closed. Overall, it was a comfortable, pleasant stay and we would consider staying here again if we were to visit the Panama City Beach area.
