Great Views!
We were in town from Colorado for a long weekend. The accommodations were outstanding and just what we were looking for compared to a hotel. The views of the beach and gulf from the 19th floor were amazing. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a similar experience. If we decide to visit the area again, I would definitely book this again.

Elevator hell
The property was clean in a good area, exactly like the pictures, but the elevator situation made the stay ridiculous. When you have to walk down 19 floors to do something it’s just too much for three adults and a six-year-old.. the issue was not that they didn’t work. The issue was you would wait 45 minutes to an hour to get one.

Good owner, bad elevator situation
Loved the condo and location. Owner was very prompt with answering questions. Clerk at check-in was not very friendly and the elevator situation needs addressed in a bad way. It is ridiculous to wait 30-45 minutes to get on an elevator. Not the owners fault, but a bad situation when you're paying for a vacation that is not cheap.

Perfect Spring Break
Great location and perfect for traveling with kids! Security was fabulous! Everyone had their own space. Indoor pool was great for chilly nights. Pier Park is so close!

Great
Only problem was with heat. It was COLD and heat wouldn't work. Owner sent maintenance guy around and he brought up a space heater which kept us warm but never understood why couldn't switch from cool to heat in unit. Have stayed at Tidewater in different units for over 20 years and never had a problem like this.

Beautiful Views!
We loved staying here! The views were incredible, the condo was clean, and the beds were comfy! My one complaint was that our check-in email went to my spam folder and I didn’t see it until too late. I ended up having to pay a higher resort fee for checking in “late” (day of) as bands and parking passes are not included in your reservation and the staff of the resort were extremely rude. However, our great experience overall makes up for it and our host was both gracious and hospitable!

Place was wonderful. Elevators are a mess during check in/out process. Understanding the umbrella rentals could be explained better. Front desk doesn't really know. Go to the hut. A real coffee pot would be great. The unit itself was great! Wonderful view.

This condo was wonderful. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Even had some condiments which is great because thats usually the one thing we forget to buy. The location was perfect. Right on the beach and walking distance to Pier Park. Recommended this place to all our family and friends.

Beautiful condo. Pictures on website truly represent.
This unit is beautifully decorated and has a great view from the 19th floor. Very spacious living area. Great water pressure in all showers. There is only a pod-use Kerig as a coffee maker with no reusable pod available; no regular coffee maker for making a whole pot of coffee. You will be charged an additional registration fee by the facility upon arrival. Make sure you pre-register at LEAST 24-hours prior to arrival or you will be charged a late fee as well. There are security personnel located at all entrances and access to the elevators are by use of provided sensor wrist bands, so you feel safe when you are going to your room.

Great condo
There were only a few issues and one was the coffee pot was too small for more than 2 people other than that it was great. Also the elevators were a nightmare at Tidewater. They really need to get more. I think that will cause a lot of people to not stay again but we have been staying there for years.

The condo was clean and well-equipped. The manager was awesome and easy to communicate with. It was our first time to go to PCB in August and was overwhelmed with the number of people there. The elevators were nightmares on the weekend waiting for up to 30 minutes. People were nice even though it was stressful checking in. Pools were great and well maintained.

Tidewater Resort Review
We enjoyed staying at Tidewater Resort. View was amazing. The unit was very clean and roomy. However, the wait for the elevators was awful!! This made leaving dreadful!! Waits could be up to 15 minutes, 20 minutes, or even longer. Will probably not stay there again just because of the elevators.

Worst owner/management on the beach
Notified owner/mgt company that the A/C was out at 6:15AM our first morning there. We repeatedly called the cleaning lady, per owner rental directions. 5 days later we still had NO A/C. We were repeatedly told repair would be next day. Also, the elevators are terrible. 45 minutes to over an hour wait regardless of time of day!!! I recommend staying at Sunrise Beach!

Loved it, except one issue...
Condo was absolutely wonderful. Everything you needed, they had. Very clean, kitchen well stocked, and beds were great! The owner was wonderful! She even called to let me know the property was clean and ready to come in before it was checkin time. And accommodated every extra need I had. Cheri, you are the best!! Thank you for everything. However, I’m sad to say I will not stay here again due to the elevators. We had to wait 15-30 minutes to just get onto one. It just makes you not want to ever leave your condo. But I spoke to an owner on our floor, she explained they are working to fix this issue. I hope they do figure it out soon because a lot of other guests felt the same as I did. If the elevators were not an issue, I would stay here every time.

Ok, but won’t rent again
We booked last minute so not many options were available. It was ok, but we wouldn’t rent this unit again. Pros: - Owners are super attentive and respond back right away - The balcony literally looks over the beach/ocean - The king size bed is super comfortable! - The pool and hot tub are relaxing - The kitchen has a keurig and regular coffee machine (along with a lot of other stuff you need to cook) Cons: - Unit is right across from elevators (so kinda noisy when trying to sleep) - Bedrooms are at the back of the condo, and the shades don’t block the light very well, which comes through all night long. - Smoke from other units is VERY noticeable on the balcony - The queen bed is not comfortable at all - The shower heads are pointed oddly, and don’t move (I know that sounds odd, but it makes one of the showers pretty much unusable)

Beautiful condo, beautiful view
We loved this condo. Everything was perfect, clean, plenty of room for us. The only thing that we were extremely disappointed with was the extra parking fee, and the ridiculous chair and umbrella fee. $50 a day for a chair rental, there were 5 of us so we needed to rent 2. $100 extra a day adds up quick. Have rented from TideWater a few times in the past and these things were included with the condo rental. Other than that we were all very happy with the unit.

Disappointed that wasn't anything to wipe your hands on or the counter tops.
The furnishings in the two bedrooms were fine, but no place to put your clothes in a drawer. No extra toilet paper, no kitchen towels, no paper towels at all. The sofa needs replacing. Other than that the place was good.

Great Condo, Great view
Great Condo layout, great view of the ocean front. Not too crazy about all the codes you have to know or have on hand when entering the parking garage, entry to the building, to the pool, to & from the beach, & then the condo. Understand why, but crazy. Only thing negative and its not the owners fault but the HOA/Company who owes the building. The Elevators are unbelievable SLOW. We tried all of them. This building has a lot of elevators and its like only one can go up & down at a time. The condo was great for two families, clean, three full bathrooms, two bedrooms with their owe bthrm. Bunk bedroom was small but worked great.

Comfortable Stay! Crowded Beach.
The condo itself was comfortable and clean. We had plenty of space and everything we needed for cooking, plenty of towels, and a beautiful view. Be sure to bring or plan to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, and any other disposable item you might need. There was enough to get through about a half day. The outdoor furniture on the balcony appeared to be almost brand new. The couch in the living room has been well used, a little dingy, and not the most comfortable. The king bed had some indentations, but was still a comfortable night's sleep. The toilet seats showed some wear and need replaced, but they were clean. Decor is tasteful and well kept. The building itself seemed to be well maintained. There were some elevator rides that were a little crowded, and we experienced some short wait times, but that's to be expected from a 30 story building. Pools were generally not crowded, however the beach had people pretty packed in. It would have been helpful to know the hours of operation for registration desk. We would have timed our arrival differently to get there before it closed. Overall, it was a comfortable, pleasant stay and we would consider staying here again if we were to visit the Panama City Beach area.

Great place!
Girls spring break vacation. We really enjoyed the condo. It was conveniently located by the elevator and very close to shopping, restaurants and the beach out the back of the building. The indoor pool was delightful on the day it was a little cooler. The view from the balcony was spectacular. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. The kids especially enjoyed their own room with bath. The special pillows on the beds added an extra touch. To our surprise the pantry had all the spices and extras we needed. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 is the location of bedrooms - the master did not have access to the balcony but I knew that. Overall we had a great stay. Would definitely rent again. Oh! and the price was the best!!!!!

This property is Great!
We have been to Tidewater several times (6-8), but this is the 1st time we used a VRBO. We will definitely stay here again. Previously , we had always booked thru Wynndam, but due to the last unit condition, we chose this condo-VRBO. Best decision we have made. This condo was cleaner/ better stocked/ and just downright better in all respects than booking anywhere else. We had 6 adults and one toddler in Mid-August 2017. No regrets. I could go on & on about what surrounds this area but that is readily available already. Take binoculars to watch the fish and sea -life ! ( Turtles, dolphins, manatees, fish)

Did not bring essentials
This was the first place I have stayed where we had to go shopping for items that have always had provided. The first night we had to get Soap, Shampoo, garbage bags, toilet paper and other items. I rent a lot and this was the first time that this occurred. The closet area in the master bedroom was limited. The shelve in the closet had copious quantities of paint and paint supplies so the shelve was not even available. The closet was not the only place that had material and junk that should have been thrown out or placed elsewhere. The balcony rails looked like they had not been washed in years. The rails in the garage stairwells would be a good example of what clean looks like. The balcony furniture was not comfortable. I don't remember getting rust on my cloths but really did not look. The condo is right across from the elevators and subsequently the lights from the area kept the master and second room aglow all night. I have stayed at Tidewater a number of time and will go back but not to this unit.

The condo is beautiful.
Our stay was perfect. The condo was beautiful and clean. Lots of unexpected surprises, like six beach chairs, beach noodles, inflatables under the bunk beds (left some more ), hand soap, dish soap, lots of spices, pantry items, plenty of nice towels and washcloths. Location great if you like walking to nearby shops, restaurants and the pier. Lots of security. Cheri was great with making the reservation. Absolutely no complaints. Our family gives this place six stars.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tidewater. The condo had plenty of room and was exactly as described. We really liked that it was within walking distance to Pier Park and Dusty's and close to Buddy's Seafood Market. The only issue we had was that elevators were not working when we checked out. That was aggravating, but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.
