Das Hotel bietet einen exzellenten Service. Die Küche ist hervorragend insbesondere im Restaurant Culcha. Tolle Cocktails. Schöner Pool mit vielen Liegen und gutem Poolservice. Direkter Zugang zum Strand. Das Hotel bietet viele Aktivitäten im Hotel wie aus für Goa an.

Schöne Anlage, perfekt zum Entspannen
Wir würden wieder dahin gehen! Der Schwimmpool und Garten sind wunderschön! Baden ins Meer ist nicht zum empfehlen. Uns hat es aber trotzdem sehr gefallen. Am Strand mit Kind spielen und Muscheln sammeln war schöne und entspannte Zeit. Das Hotel hat 3 oder 4 Restuarants mit wunderbare Küche und Fisch muss man auf jeden Fall probieren.

Very comfortable and spacious Hotel
I was staying due to a wedding from my friend, which took place during 3 Days in the mentioned Hotel. First of all i was surprised about how spacious this hotel is, it's more like an appartment complex rather than a classical Hotel. The Pool is beautifully located in the middle of 4 "building complexes", the Beach is close (yet i haven't spent too much time there due to Monsun season). The food was typical Indian, and had great quality. The Rooms are very big and modern, i simply loved them. All-in-all i was very happy with the stay, the only "negative" things i can mention are, that they lost my baggage and required almost 2 hours to find it and bring it over to me (due to some misunderstanding, i was somewhat not registered as part of the wedding group) and the Hotel itself is a bit offside, so outside of the Hotel there is pretty much nothing, but that doesn't have to be a bad thing. With a Cab you're in GOA City Center within 10-15 minutes. I definitely enjoyed my stay and i could imagine going back there for some extended, relaxing vacation.

Luxuriõses Hotel mit tollem Essen und schõnem Garten. Wege teils ungepflegt. Strand für Goa unterdurchschnittlich aber immerhin leer und nicht verdreckt. Wasser sehr dunkel. Die bessere Wahl ist das Park Hyatt Goa, in dem wir zuvor waren. Dort sind Strand und Gartenanlage erheblich besser und die Zimmer wurden gerade top renoviert. Auch die 3 Pools haben uns dort besser gefallen. Zudem gibt es viele Beachrestaurants in Laufreichhweite, deren Besuch nicht zu Magenproblemen gefüht hat.

Grandhotel mit Schönheitsfehlern
Wir hatten in Goa das "Grand Hyatt" zum Abschluss unserer Indienrundreise für drei Nächte gebucht, da es als neueröffnete Hotelanlage angepriesen wird. Die Hotelanlage liegt malerisch in einer Bucht gegenüber einem Industriehafen. Der kleine Strand ist nur zum Joggen und das Meer ist nicht zum Baden nicht geeignet. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir leider feststellen, dass die Anlage schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sein muss, da man an den Hauswänden und an den Rahmen der Außentüren sehr starken Schimmelbefall erkennen konnte. Der erste Eindruck von diesem Luxus Business und Kongresshotel wurde aber bei näherer Betrachtung relativiert. Das Zimmer war sehr gut eingerichtet und auch das Bad war benutzerfreundlich großzügig und optimal aufgeteilt. WC und Dusche sind getrennt und ein offener Blick ins Zimmer konnte mit der elektrischen Entfernung der Jalousien ermöglicht werden. Ein kleines Manko ist, dass für die W-Lan Nutzung doch ein sehr hoher Preis verlangt wird. So etwas dürfte es in einem Business Hotel nicht geben. Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet ließen keine Wünsche offen und auch das Personal ist, wie man es in einen Grandhotel erwarten kann, außerordentlich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Gleiches gilt im Spezialitätenrestaurant. Der Pool ist sauber und perfekt angelegt und lädt zum längeren Verweilen ein. Insgesamt können wir dieses Grandhotel mit leichten Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

5 Sterne Hotel mit wenigen Einschränkungen
Die Zimmer, das Frühstücksbuffet und Abendessen (wir haben hier das Buffetrestaurant gewählt) waren erstklassig. Der Service war gemischt: Rezeption, Concierge, Außenpool und Bar wiederum erstklassig. Im Fitnessraum und Innenpool fast unverschämt. Insgesamt jedoch ein tolles Hotel wenn man mal 2 Nächte in der Nähe der Haupstadt von Goa unterkommen möchte und 5 Sterne Luxus geniessen will.

Tolles Hotel für Alle
Das Hotel liegt in einer grossen und sehr gepfegten Gartenanlage am Strand. Die Gebäude in portugiesischer Architektur, die Pools sowie die Zimmer werden sehr sauber gehalten. Das Frühstücks- und Abendsbuffet sind sehr reichhaltig und hervoragend präsentiert. sowie auch den zwei anderen Restaurants und Bars.Es ist ein gutes Preis- Leistubgsverhältnis Das Personal ist sehr freudlich und zuvorkommend.

Spectacular property where every room appears to have a view of the ocean. Our stay was short since for various reasons we had to vacate our previous hotel. The property does require a bit of walking if your room is in the areas further away from the reception. A golf cart is used at check-in and check-out, and based on a sign posted, they will drive you where you wish to go if you call, but they prefer you do not use the golf cart during the stay.

It is a beautiful property, with sea views, several activities, and dining options. Exceptional service levels. Staff are genuinely interested in making guests feel welcome. Akash and Rajendra in the Dining Room restaurant were beyond thoughtful and caring for our family's special dietary needs. Our housekeeper, Balram Adarsh ensured our rooms were always comfortable, well cleaned, and organized. Would highly recommend it for families. Great pool, spa, and gym. The adjacent beach is a small strip of land, safe and clean. Great for long walks. Onsite holiday events can get a bit crowded and noisy. If you're looking for a great stay-put vacation with family, this is a great choice.

Flott sted, men starten på oppholdet ødela litt for oss. De hadde kansellert bestillingen vår på tross av at vi informerte om at vi kom midt på natten (flyet fra Norge kommer frem kl 02.30). Da jentene ankom alene, mens vi gutta kom inn fra Delhi et par dager senere ble dette litt dumt. Men, bortsett fra dette var oppholdet helt supert, og det ble gjort grep for å prøve å rette opp for første inntrykket. Vi er alt i alt godt fornøyd!

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for a 6 day vacation in November. The location is great for sightseeing and shopping, it’s close to the main Panjim market. The property is new and clean, nice swimming pools, walking path by the beach, and the food in the restaurants is amazing. The staff is friendly, courteous and thoughtful. They made us feel like family and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I will definitely be back.

Heavenly!!
It was our anniversary so we chose to stay here as the Hyatts never disappoint. This hotel however exceeded our expectations! The staff are amazing and truly know how to deliver a great customer experience. Deepmala was great and dealt with our issue regarding our room straight away and then chkd in regularly with us to ensure everything was perfect. The property is beautiful and a short drive from panaji, the town centre. Rooms were stunning and clean with a huge bathroom. Overall an amazing property and the best stay!

Great property overall with options to keep the kids occupied. The buffet breakfast had huge options… The on-site casino was great . Though they have a cover charge for entry , it covered dinner , drinks and entertainment ( dance singing performances)… which was decent. They provide drop off for kids while adults are in the casino… which worked out well. Overall a good experience.

Pleasant and Comfortable Family Stay
Amazing property. I will need few more days to fully enjoy all facilities. However, a few things that I will like to point out - (1) Hotel was almost non-responsive few days before check-in. I expected more communication from the hotel and get our requests (2) Room service was very slow. You have to be very well planned with your room service requests. (3) Lift wasn't working occasionally (4) Few things would have been better like hair dryer electric connection (4) Restaurants need to provide more local cuisine. (6) Breakfast was very good and very prompt and thoughtful service (7) Pool service and experience was wonderful. Overall, I recommend and I would like to come back.

Amazing resort, well maintained and facilitated, tons of employees however not so efficient, huge rooms . Quite far from city center ( but there are no much alternatives ) One word about the daddy casino: waste of time and money.. small, lousy , and more employees than players. Skip it.

We stayed for 5 nights as a family. Checkin process had a few hiccups that were handled well by the staff. Better communication between staff would go a long way to improve checkin service. Stay was pleasant as the property is amazing. We had a beach facing room with an open patio and the room was clclean and comfortable. Staff tries to make your stay pleasant and service is good. Shout out to Arlene and Arijit at the chulha for adding a personal touch. Breakfast Buffet is decent with a lot of variety, however is a notch below 5 star that I would expect from other comparable 5 star properties like the Oberoi group. Lunch at Chulha, the Indian restaurant on the property was good, including the lunch buffet.

We booked the club room, which entitled us to the club house where between 6-8pm you can have free drinks from good selection of spirits, wines and beers. Every evening we had live singer in the evening,A special shout out to Sangeeta who handled all our requests and queries promptly through WhatsApp. Would highly recommend

The property itself was beautiful but I found the staff were not attentive with me having to prompt them several times. The Grand Hyatt team did their utmost to rectify any issues we had however for a five star hotel it is let down at times by the front line staff.
