I am very sorry to hear about your WIFI issues, this is not commonplace here at our hotel and we have looked into this issue as you were not the only guest who experienced this issue during the same week. After speaking with our IT department, we found the source of the issue. We have since replaced equipment and have corrected this issue. We offer valet parking at the hotel for 39+tax a night where you don’t have to walk any further than the lobby to reach your vehicle. We have microwaves and kettles available upon request, by stopping at the front desk or giving us a call, we will have one sent up to you during your future stays. We have our Forty One Restaurant & Bar open for breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. I apologize that you had a less than optimal experience at the pool area; I have passed this feedback on to the respective management so that it can be addressed thoroughly.
