The staff were really friendly. It was a nice area for the hotel with lots of shopping around. Easy parking and quiet area for the hotel. The pool was really cold. We stayed four days and only went swimming because it was so cold. The breakfast corner did not have enough tables for everyone. We would have prefered to eat our food off a porceline plate (not paper) and metal utensils. I missed that for a more house feel.

J’avais réservé cet hôtel pour que mon fils puisse ce pratiquer à nager car il y avait un concours de nage pour un poste de pompier à Gatineau le lendemain matin de notre réservation mais malheureusement la piscine était fermée pour réparation mais pour le reste notre chambre était confortable et au goût du jour. Le buffet déjeuner était parfait pour qualité prix.

The hotel was clean with a very good breakfast. However we booked this hotel because it advertised an indoor pool. When we arrived we were told it was out of service. We had booked the room only 1 week earlier. The pool had been closed for over a month. No discount… not even a sorry. We were told they have now put a disclaimer on their website. We booked through Expedia and nothing shows up saying pool closed. Very disappointed.

Mise à part la compagnie qui a décidé de nettoyer le stationnement voisin à minuit 30 le soir avec des souffleurs à feuilles au gaz ( très très bruyant) notre séjour a été parfait. La préposée à l’accueil est d’ailleurs allée avertir les cabochons qui ont cessé leur opération nettoyage. Le gym de l’hôtel était aussi parfait et complet! Bravo! Nous reviendrons!

Nous avons reservé pour une équipe d'hockey malheureusement la belle piscine que nous voyons sur les photos est hors d'usage pour un temps indéterminé ( il n'y a plus deau dedans et la toile est complètement enlevée) donc assurez-vous qu'elle est fonctionnelle avant de séjourner si cela est un atout pour vous. De plus, le magasin qui partage le même stationnement engage des ouvriers afin de nettoyer le stationnement avec des souffleures a feuilles gaz.. cette fois si, le bruit a commencé a 5;00 am lorsque nous avons discuté avec la réceptionniste de lhotel elle nous a mentionné que cetait le propriétaire de lautre batisse et que la dernière fois cetait a 1:00 am.. donc endroit a éviter si vous cherchez un endroit calme et paisible.. la propreté et le service à la clientèle était superbe! Dejeuner ok et varié style buffet offrant crêpes œufs omelettes saucices à dejeuner cereale bagel etc..

Breakfast was good and plenty. Parking is plentiful but the spots are a little tight even for sedans. Need more charging stations as these parking spots are even tighter than regular spots. Should have more electrical outlets for use when the 2 chargers are occupied. There should be a sign telling guests to drop off their key cards when checking out instead of waiting for the one staff at the desk to serve them.
