Lage gut, allerdings gegenüber Obdachlosenunterkunft. Sauberkeit war gut. Auswahl beim Frühstück war ok, aber ein einziges Plastikmeer und daher nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer defekt. Klimaanlage auf dem Gang war derart laut, dass wir das Zimmer wechseln mussten. Der Service war gut.

Typical (generic but good) Holiday Inn rooms and service. Good breakfast selection. Sketchy neighborhood, not very nice to walk through on the way downtown.

Schönes Hotel ca. 15 min fußläufig vom Zentrum entfernt. Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage gegen Gebühr verfügbar. Fußboden im Badezimmer und Flurboden war etwas dreckig.

Saubere und moderne Zimmer. Der Pool war leider etwas schmutzig. Die Umgebung ist von vielen Obdachlosen geprägt.

Overall the stay was perfect inside the hotel, very clean, comfortable & new. Beds were excellent & premises quite. Close to downtown without the hustle/bustle of the Downtown as it’s a few blocks walk. The only concerning issue was that on our walk back, my son chose a road 1 street over from hotel & it was in the area of a large homeless shelter. There were several people living on the street in tents & boxes, or no shelter m. Although this is found in every city, just be aware of walking route near the hotel. There was a security guard inside the hotel, and high likely helps with security concerns, however for such a new hotel to be erected & advertising as a downtown location I should have been more aware of surrounding area & location as it was concerning upon noticing the surroundings after check-in.

Un de mes critères de recherche était qu’il y avait un stationnement mais le stationnement de l’hôtel était complet à notre arrivée. Nous devions aller à un stationnement public à quelques minutes de marche. Pour cette raison , je n’y retournerai pas.

The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. No fault of the hotel itself, but it is located across from 2 shelters and there were dozens of drug addicts outside doing drugs and passed out on the streets at all times of the day

Checking in was ok joined the program, and all we got was two bottles of water.... This hotel is right next to murray Street, where there are a bunch of crackheads and homeless people. It's so shady. It is a very dangerous area of town and my mom and I who are older were very uncomfortable and scared. Also For paying five hundred and ninety dollars for 2 nights It was very upsetting to come home after being Out since nine in the morning to realize that housekeeping did not come in at all So the sink and tub were not cleaned and the worst for me is not having the bed Made don't need new sheets but when You're on vacation spending that much ud expect the bed to be made!!! I am looking for some sort of reimbursement it's a bit ridiculous. Unimpressed

At check-in staff were not welcoming at all not helpful or pleasant. Our room on day 2 was being cleaned at 430pm, right at the time we arrived back after being gone all day. Super inconvenient
