Dear Mr. Raymond, We are sorry to hear that your stay at Paragon 700 hasn’t met your expectation. Sadly we do have clients who are discussing some of the consumption they had during their stay at check out. In order to avoid these “interferences” we are forced to ask to sign every consumption which is very common in most Hotels Worldwide. Regarding my staff, I do not agree, our team is doing it's very best to satisfy every guest, there can be moments where one is less available while serving other clients. Taking the 99 % positive satisfaction rate in our guestbook in account, I also disagree on your personal criticize on me and my partner. I think we just haven't been the right place for YOU.
