Sind zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel und können es nur empfehlen. Das Hotel ist super schön angelegt und hat tollen Service. Pool Bereiche und die Fahrten mit dem Wasser Taxi sind immer ein Highlight. Die Betten sind total super! Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel und super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit! Hatten das erste mal Room Service und es war eine tolle Erfahrung. Die Mitarbeiterin die das Essen brachte machte es zu was besonderem! Das einzige was ich störend finde ist die Klimaanlage im gesamten Hotel. Es ist für uns einfach viel zu kalt, eigentlich ist es schon unangenehm kalt.

Das Royal Pacific ist unser Standardhotel für Universalbesuche. Der Expresspass ist allein den Zimmerpreis wert. Dazu kommt, dass das Hotel sehr schön thematisiert ist. Alles ist sauber und das Servicelevel ist hoch. Eigene Handtücher und Auflagen für die Liegen am Pool, Sonnencreme und kaltes Wasser werden am Pool umsonst vergeben. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, sauber und die begehbare Dusche ist toll. Der Zimmerservice funktioniert gut. Das Wassertaxi zum Park ist eine erholsame Art hinzukommen. Meist laufen wir aber, da das mindestens genauso schnell ist. Parken ist sehr teuer und sollte gedanklich dem Zimmerpreis aufgeschlagen werden, wenn man bucht, sonst gibt es vor Ort eine böse Überraschung. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt, falls jemand vom Hotel mit Übersetzungsprogramm mitliest: Wir waren 11 schöne Tage da, aber es wurde nicht ein Mal die Seife ersetzt. Das liest man in allen Foren, dass das so eine Macke in dem Hotel ist, welche bei dem Preis und sonstigen Service nicht sein muss! Ansonsten: ein tolles Hotel, dass den Universalaufenthalt zu einem vollständigen Aufenthalt in einer Urlaubsbubble macht.

Sehr gute Unterkunft um an Express Pässe für Universal Studios / Islands of Adventure zu kommen. Ansonsten war das Hotel überfüllt, laut, unspektakulär und abgewohnt. Ideal für 1 Nacht um vom Hotel aus zu Fuß in die Universal Studios / Islands of Adventure zu kommen. - Express Pässe Unlimited für An- und Abreisetag inkludiert. Auch Early Park Admission - 1 Stunde früher in den Theme-Park Wahnsinn - enthalten. Darum ist das Hotel auch überfüllt. Im Juli / August ist ein Besuch der beiden genannten Parks ohne Express Pass eher frustrierend, da man annähernd bei jedem Ride etwa 60-100 Minuten ansteht. Mit Pass „nur“ so 10-25 Minuten …

Property was conveniently located and the walk to IoA was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food options were better than expected, particularly the sushi restaurant! Wished the healthy options in the market were of better quality. My biggest issue, however, is the design of the place. The hotel’s theme is confusing, loosely pan-Asian with no clear, consistent cultural tie. This is often due to the laziness, and frankly, racism of management to actually understand cultural differences among different Asian countries. The “aloha” greetings and plastic leis are a cheap nod to Hawaiian culture. The tuk tuk market is then named after a common Thai mode of transportation. The statues in the courtyard can pull from either Vietnamese or Thai culture. The poolside food then poorly attempts an array of fusion foods with Korean, Chinese, etc influences. There needs to be a rebranding effort for this tropical resort that is up to the social/ethical standards of the 21st century.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels both with pets and without pets and I must say that the Loews goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. Parking is easy, close and plentiful. Food is equally easy, delicious, close and plentiful with accommodations for dogs and cats. Having private walking paths to the park that place you at the entrance or taking a water ride is so conveniently thought out and stress free. My walk was had enjoying a coffee and pastry from the hotel. The walk is also reminiscent of some scenic river walks. The staff…they care and went above and beyond for me on Mothers Day weekend. Best theme park vacation that actually balances a stress free feeling. Having the resort perks at the theme parks saves time for more resort perks, like the pool, because you just breezed thru the long lines and are now sitting by the pool relaxing, early. Not to mention the zen dog park area complete with dog bags, bench and an abundance of shade for hot Florida summer days. We will be back…

The theming and immersion in the beauty of the resort was incredible. The staff were exceptional and anticipated our every need. The transportation to the parks was wonderful as we utilized the walking path and the water taxi. Our kids really enjoyed everything as well. Being able to use the unlimited express passes at the parks was a dream. We would strongly recommend this resort.
