Sehr enttäuschend. Wir hatten die Unterkunft aufgrund der guten Bewertungen gebucht und waren maßlos enttäuscht. Zum Glück sind wir nur 3 Nächte geblieben. Folgendes erwartet euch: - Die Flure zu den Hotelzimmer sind mit Teppichboden der überall Flecken hat, die Wände sind dreckig und teilweise fehlt Tapette - Die Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt! Wir hatten bei Ankuft noch nicht mal Handseife im Zimmer, Handtücher werden nur getauscht wenn man anruft (steht nur im Kleingedruckten und haben wir erst nach dem Gespräch mit Manager erfahren), Betten werden nicht gemacht und wenn Seife fehlt muss man anrufen und in unserem Fall 1 Stunde warten bis jemand kommt - Entegen der Internetseite, gibt es keinen Transfer ins Animal Kingdom, der Transfer zum Magic Kingdom ist auf 50 Personen beschränkt, bei 500 Gästen. Als wir im Hotel ankamen, war dieser bereits ausgebucht. Wir haben immer ein Taxi genommen und dieses braucht ca. 25 min. Dies war ärgerlich, da wir das Hotel gerade aufgrund des Transport gebucht hatten.... - Das Essen ist ok, aber sehr überteuert, für die sehr mittelmäßige Qualität - am Poll sind in der Regel alle Liegen belegt, wenn man nicht feüg Morgens da ist ! Die Pools sind teilweise so überfüllt, dass man sich kaum frei bewegen kann. Schwimmen geht nicht. Wir werden nicht mehr wiederkommen!

Viel Licht, aber auch Schatten
Für eine Urlaubswoche in Orlando sicherlich eine tolle Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind riesig und sauber, die Poolanlage genial. Auf den zweien Blick gibt es aber auch Kritikpunkte. Der Flowrider kostet 30,-$ für eine halbe Stunde und wird dann zu vier Personen geteilt. Die nahezu neue Anlage wird bei Beschädigungen nicht umgehend repariert, was auf Dauer zum Problem werden dürfte. Die angekündigten Freigetränke gelten nur für Erwachsene. In den Poolbereich (zumindest Surfari)dürfen keine eigenen Getränke oder Speisen mitgebracht werden, was familienunfreundlich ist. In jedem der Gebäudekomplexe gibt es nur einen Aufzug. Man wartet ewig, nachdem man sich auf dem Gelände bereits totgelaufen hat. Ansonsten eine tolle Unterkunft, aber bei dem Preis muss man sich auch Kritik gefallen lassen!

Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. Weiter so!
Personal beim Einchecken sehr freundlich. Nach den Infos zum Parken auf der gleichen Etage auf welcher das Zimmer ist, sehr praktisch. Danach das Resort erkundet. Leider schlossen schon die meisten Annehmlichkeiten um 17.00 Uhr. Jedoch waren 2 Pools bis 21.00 Uhr weiterhin geöffnet, aber dadurch recht voll. Alle Pools, bis auf den Kleinkinder-Spassbereich beheizt, sehr angenehm! Das Appartement war sehr geräumig, 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 Balkon, 1 voll ausgestattete Küche samt Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die 2 Restaurants können wir nur bedingt bewerten. Beide hatten einen PC-Ausfall. Eines schloss daraufhin ganz. Im zweiten Restaurant wurden wir dann aber dennoch bedient. Essen war gut, preislich in Ordnung. Getränke, wie so oft, recht teuer. Damit verdienen sie vermutlich das meiste Geld. Seltsamer Weise konnte das amerikanische Navigation System aus dem Auto die Hotel Adresse nicht finden. Mithelfe des Handy Navigation Systems haben wir das Hotel doch noch gefunden. Dafür kann natürlich das Hotel nichts. Nur als Info für andere Touristen. Würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und selbst wieder buchen.

Severely under staffed at the restaurant and when approached by that staff they were argumentative. However the surf instructor, bar server, the on-site store staff, and one of the lifeguards were great. Pool bathroom needs attention more often with children using quite often.

Pool area and water park is fantastic! Prices varied throughout the day which was not okay. Especially the pizza. During the day small and large and then at night time same box but not they considered it xl for more. Housekeeping at checkout was rude and kept going in my place even though it was not check out time. Lacks towels, coffee and basic toiletries. Landscaping was gorgeous and area was nice to walk at night. Was not able to try the restaurant because even at 8pm they stopped taking people. Bar lacked. Need more servers and workers. Keep the bars open later for the parents. Overall ok place for a family stay.

Property has a great pools and a water park. Room was a great size, however for the price point some items were a bit banged up or not functioning. Telephone did not work. Fridge and stove were banged up. Master bathroom receptacle was coming off the wall. Fitted sheet was missing on one bed. Pool staff were excellent. House keeping were responsive. Front desk manager was not very polite when requested a 11am check out, which was offered two days before check out. Would have rated overall stay 4 stars but room above was hammering on our floor everyday at 8am for 6 days straight. You are staying at a resort geared for kids so keep that in mind. Resort is a 20 minute drive to Theme parks and less than 10 minutes to all grovery and drug stores. Medical service is also nearby. Cheers,

This is our second time staying since we had a first great stay. I loved how clean the room is and the Bed is so comfortable. I loved that we had kitchen, laundry and living room to share with the entire family. What I did not like about the stay - our room was on 6th floor but garage only till 5. So we had to park car and take elevator up with all our luggage and make multiple trips. Second and more importantly we had a do not disturb sign on door and yet someone came in to bring a dish back in that was cleaned. To me that was a huge red flag since we have our valuables from the parks, medication etc all out. The very valuable items were in the safe but still. We called front desk and reported and all they did was say to check if anything is missing and if so to call back so security could come up and file a claim. Nothing was missing but no one should be going into the room if do not disturb is on - especially since they don’t do housekeeping until after checkout (or for additional $$).

I was there for 9 days with my boys we had a great time parks were open all day however them pools I didn’t see anyone cleaning them there was plastic lids at the bottom of pool from drinks for a few days also them red flys were crazy around the pool area should be sprayed or something your eaten Alive . staff was so nice all of them and welcoming , hotel is a maze couldn’t find the room for a half hour , rooms were semi clean you can tell they don’t deep clean but overall beautiful resort safari is nice bar closes hours before the park on safari side makes no sense there was also a few days were the safari kid park was closed so hot small kids would love that overall 4 out of 5 beautiful, property is clean but them pools need to be cleaned more

We had a great time! Only suggestion is if you dine anywhere in hotel check gratuity because if not you will pay 80$ in tip by accident like we did.

Over priced, hard to locate rooms it was like a maze. Too much hidden cost be prepared to pay for parking and resort fees every day.

They gave me an apartment that was dirty. We had to go all the way back to get a new room. Really inconvenient. We were in a big family. Once we got situated the apartment was ok. Not what you see in the pictures. Normal apartment with 3 bedrooms. We only got room service one day, they never went back to clean in 5 nights we were there. I had free parking and they kept charging me for my parking. Took over 30min during check out to give me my credit back. The water park is conveniently located. And that was nice.

It is not worth the price, very crowded water park. Needs renovation. Very limited dining options and expensive.

We have stayed at the Grove many times and often recommend it to people. This last stay missed the mark totally. We would not go back. Unfortunately we brought family with us and had multiple rooms and were embarrassed that we had raved about this hotel. Someone was shot and killed while we were there and there was no communication from the staff at all! We woke up to police and media everywhere and had to ask them what happened as the hotel provided no communication to guests that it was safe to be there. The cleanliness has gone downhill by far. Lazy river was dirty. And hallways had holes in the walls. The outdoor grounds and pool/waterpark are beautiful. The units are in good shape and a good size. Beds are comfy and the rooms are very quiet. Those are the pros. Unfortunately you pay a huge resort fee and don't get anything for it. Not once in 6 days did someone come and give fresh towels or change sheets or empty the garbages. Not worth the price compared to other places in the area. Was much better pre covid and even 2 years ago.
