Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious. They allowed early check in which was very appreciative since I was there for an event that started at 1:00 so I had time to freshen up after a long drive.

The level of cleanliness was exceptional. Not crazy about the food options as they were limited and not that good. The food at the pool was better than the restaurants inside. They also need to do a better job with the people that place towels on lounge chairs by the pool and never show up.

Had a wonderful time. The kids especially loved the water slide and the lazy river and pool. We went into Disney one day and the shuttle was prompt and convenient. Would stay here again!

We arrived late in the evening and staff was low. I walked up to front desk where two workers were talking amongst themselves, neither one of them stopped talking to each other to welcome me. Even when they did talk to me they did not greet me. The room was clean. Towels are paper thin and pillows smelled.

This property is not in good condition. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off. The tiles weee yellowed. The strong smell of chemicals in the room was uncomfortable. Just run down. At check in in I was given the wrong room. Telling me it’s the only one available. The room was overlooking the parking lot and I booked a pool view and paid for it. When I went down and asked to speak to the manager magically my room appeared available! Not a good policy and left me with an absolutely terrible sense of mistrust of the Hilton staff. We couldn’t wait to get out of this hotel.

It was our second time here for Disney. This time was not as pleasant as the first. The room was smaller though we choose the same option as last year, The towel set in the room was not clean- some hair, dust, stain. The warm water was not working on the last day, so had to take a cold shower.

Horrible service, maintenance, and cleanliness
Dirty rooms, moved once from a dirty room to another with missing grout, dirty, a great view of the roof instead of the pool view I had. Was not offered a new room when I said I cut myself and it was dirty too. SURPRISE Charges upon arrival. I couldn’t use the amenities that I was charged for due to a now open wound, and with horrible customer service to top it off. They said they credited $150, and it was because of a lie. They credited it for all of these other reasons. I told them to pull the recordings because they were now lying and I was told basically they did all they can. I have NEVER been treated so horribly by a hotel, and am very disappointed as this was supposed to be my graduation trip from college. Thanks you for ruining it.
