It was one of the closest to Universal, I love that it is very affordable for family. There is a self service laundry room, a shop and restaurent which is handy. The people there were always friendly and helpful. I will return to Rosen Inn for sure next time.

Das Rosen Inn ist gut gelegen und man kann sicher parken. Sehr gut sind die vier Räume zum Wäsche waschen. Leider konnte man das Fenster nicht öffnen.

Super Unterkunft. Gute nahe Lage zu Universal. Tolles Frühstück. Preis-Leistung stimmt. Beheizter Pool:-) Nur Abends und nachts hört man sehr die I-4 und den I-Drive. Haben immer mit Gehörschutz geschlafen, dann gings. Betten sehr gemütlich. Zimmer angenehm groß. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann man weiterempfehlen.

The location of the hotel is the best! Everything is less than 15 mins away or walking distance. What I didn’t like was the housekeeper knocking on our door numerous times on check out day. Check out is at 11am and the housekeeper kept checking our room to see if we left. That was very annoying and unprofessional

It was okay, most of the staff were friendly however, I did have an experience I don't appreciate. I wanted to grab some food I had delivered in the lobby and I have diabetes and my blood sugar was potentially low and whe ci asked for help I was told I need tichage a short on luckily icfoind my delivery sitting on the table. I don't have an issue with what was said but the attitude was unacceptable especially since it could have been avoided of my delivery could have came to my room! A more appropriate response would have been “please wear a shirt and shoes on the lobby” and I would have said sorry I have diabetes and so my mind was focused on other things

Staff were ok not overly accommodating/friendly..limited food options sun thru wed, shuttle is also limited to theme parks..cost was ok but that was the best part of the actual hotel..check in was charged seperately for the added on day from the 2 days booked originally then a seperate charge for deposit..did not give voucher for breakfast like i was spsd to get..had to keep asking for coffee to make in room as hotel charges for coffee in store area..drink items limited..was basic clean but nothing spectacular..overall all just an ok experience..

Poor room conditions, a bad smell throughout the entire room. Weak shower and would drain slowly causing the bath to create a pool of dirty water. Workers would constantly walk by and check in atleast daily despite having the do not disturb sign outside disrupting your privacy inside. The only good thing about the stay would be how affordable and close it is to the theme parks but doubt I would ever return.

It’s an old Property but very clean and so convenient to tour around Orlando. Unbeatable price.

Nice swimming pool. Ice maker location is not on every level. Toiletry supplies are limited, bath towers are not enough.

La ubicacion del hotel es muy buena, ya que tienes muchas opciones en las que puedas ir caminando. El staff definitivamente es algo que pueden mejorar, ser mas amigable, mas atento y servicial, pareciera que no les agrabada trabajar en el hotel. La propiedad esta bien cuidada, no es moderna, pero se mantiene en buen estado. El estacionamiento es gratis, lo cual es muy bueno. Sobre mis beneficios VIP ACCESS nunca me los mencionaron, ni me ofrecieron los beneficios.
