Sehr freundliches Personal, Parken ohne Mehrkosten, Pool offen von 7 bis 23 Uhr, Bespaßungsngebot für Kinder (Töpfern, Malen, in englisch). Nur die Klimaanlage war für unseren Begriff etwas zu kühl eingestellt (etwa 21 Grad) und sollte auch nicht wärmer eingestellt werden (kühler wäre ohne Probleme gegangen)

Pool could have been cleaner. We had to call the from desk a few time due to the people above us were obnoxiously loud. The last time we called, they offered us to move rooms but we only had 2 nights lwft. More of a hassle. I would probably stay again but id make sure we were on the top floor to avoid any nonsense with rude people who have there kids up way past 10pm. It would have been nice if they would have given us a break on the resort fees due to the inconvenience.

It was very clean, and the grounds meticulously maintained. Well lit and very safe. The only downside was proximity to very loud neighbors that made sittingvin the kitchen or living area unpleasant because all we could hear was their loud conversation

This is a beautifully maintained property. The rooms were spotless as were the common areas and pools. The staff is friendly and helpful. The kids especially loved Angel who ran the s'mores bar and the adults loved Marwen who ran the bar. :) Super kid friendly hotel and they have events every day/night. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall each and every aspect was excellent Staff were always helpful. Pool, store laundry was excellent All staff was courteous. Especially some great help by the executive housekeeper( sorry I forgot her name) she helped me with laundry needs I will highly recommend this location and will rebook it again

I found the rooms and staff very lovely however, the property is a bit older and that reflects in their pool areas. Also the grills did not work. Overall still worth it with amazing price and all the ripple whole tried to help in anyway needed.

My family and I enjoyed the 4th floor of Building F which was nice and quiet for sleeping. We have been patrons before when it was Diamond Resorts. The elevators are a big plus for my mother and uncle who needs a cane to walk. Gabriel was very kind and knowledgeable when I checked in. It is nice to get a text message to see how we are doing. Al was also very kind upon checkout, he has my Uncle’s name, and everything was quick and easy. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be back.

This is such a lovely place! There is so much to do: from the 2 full-size pools, 2 wading pools for kiddos, large playground, mini golf course, bocce ball court, kids activity center and more! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The grounds are all well maintained and just beautiful. Located conveniently close to the parks, about 15 minutes from everywhere! For the price (we paid a total of about $250/night) it cannot be beat! I will definitely be recommending this place to family traveling in the area and it would be my first choice if we return to Orlando.

We stay at the Hilton Vacation Club for a week and this was our first big family vacation. We came to Orlando to visit Disney. The hotel was super convenient for it's location, plenty of amenities for shopping and dining. The resort is smaller, but we enjoyed that, less busy and time at the pool w as relaxing and quiet. The staff were excellent and also held events during the day (ice cream socials, candy bingo, etc.) to keep everyone entertained. We will definitely consider going back for our next Orlando vacation.

Our family vacation experience staying at the Hilton Vacation Club Villas was great. The check-in and check-out processes were easy. The property has lots to do from swimming, mini-golf, bean bag toss, and poolside games. Grocery stores and restaurant options are within walking distance which is perfect for stocking up on supplies prior to hitting the parks. Our room was updated, brand new and sparkling clean. Beds were comfy and clean and the washroom massive. The not so great part of the room is that you can hear everything - from the unit next to us, to the happenings in the hallway and the laundry being done. It's not so bad, but something to be aware of. We did book this hotel since it listed a shuttle service to the parks; however, we did not use it. The departure time for WDW was later than we liked so just took an Uber. Universal and Sea World had earlier departures so something to consider. My daughter couldn't get enough of the pools and we enjoyed the poolside bingo - the team are great and entertaining. I would definitely recommend booking a stay here if you're visiting Orlando.

Very nice! Me and my boyfriend stayed for my birthday for a few days. It was outstanding. The room was amazing and very clean. Everyone was very nice and we even got to get into our room earlier than check in at 4! The lady at the desk was very very nice!
