They helped us with a early check in. Very close to universal studios by uber. Convenient food options available kfc, bawarchi etc plus walgreens 24h an discount store to grab a few souvenirs helped too. If you get a chance try the restaurant Tamara, AB the manager was great and they have a rooftop bar. We would book again. Thank you.

Stayed at this hotel for a few days. I arrived an hour or two earlier and was able to get a room straight away. I enjoyed the communication with the front desk via text. My room was cleaned throughout the entire stay which was great because you can never have enough of cleanliness. Also its a very walkable area which is a plus. Pool is available from 7am-6pm, the pool is on the smaller side but you can still get a swim and nice tan. Will definitely be returning.

The staff was great, Margarita at checkin was super friendly and super nice , the room was great had a view of universal park, the pool was great , the food at the pool bar was great :-) the parking at night was a little bad , but it was ok :-)

Rooms were clean. They have a nice Indian/ Mediterranean restuarant in the lobby. We didnt get the chance to eat there, but did eat at the rooftop pool bar. First, the view was beautiful. Its a really nice setup. The burger was very good and a good price as well. Had some hummus and pita as well. The pool closes at 6 but the bar stays open until midnight. Great happy hour prices at the bar. Rooms were comfy and clean. Every employee we spoke to was friendly and polite. I will stay here again in the future.

Bartender curly hat with glasses was rude on our first day arriving saying out loud about how poor conditions she was working and how one off her manager can’t keep inventory and she keep running out of items. Very unprofessional not only she was saying bad stuff out loud with co workers she made us wait for the menu or greeting for more than 14 minutes and not say other more 15 to make our drinks food came out first than the drinks. Never going back to roof top bar wasted of time and not a good experience

This hotel is overrated. Yes, it is a clean and relatively new facility, but renovation on the first floor and the limitation of the pool usage because of the bar… very expensive for such a service.

Beautiful property the only thing that he was even remotely a concern was we weren’t really certain on the parking. We arrive for a late check-in, which is when people are going up to use their beautiful pool and bar area so the parking lot was quite packed. Otherwise, the room was immaculate. The bed was really lovely. It was super quiet. We never even heard another guest.

Out of the 6 days we were there the room was cleaned only one time. I requested it to cleaned daily and. nothing. Housekeeping Manager told me that they were short staffed and their priority is to clean rooms that are vacated and not the ones that are still in use!! Like what? Spoke to front desk that was zero help, I was abrasively dismissed. At checkout they said they couldn't give me a checkout receipt because I booked thru Expedia which is a third party. This is not true, I have used Expedia several times and always get a receipt at checkout. I realized later on they charged me $500 fee saying we smoked in the room which is untrue..they did this in retaliation because I complained about housekeeping and management attitude and unprofessional way of speaking to guests. I am disputing with my credit card. The front desk had only 1 person, totally unhelpful actually told me we "got your money already" so there's no point in disputing with us" Horrible experience, plus rooftop pool is not heated which makes no sense if you are there in the colder months. Gym and lobby were nice at least. However I will never stay there again or recommend to anyone.

La propiedad está en buena ubicación y limpio el lugar, pero el personal en el área de la piscina no te dan buen servicio, tarde 1:30 esperando para comer y todavía tube que ir al bar para ordenar porque nadie llego a mi mesa. Por otro lado pedí una plancha y jabón para bañar que no tenía en mi baño el cual nunca me facilitaron. No volvería hay jamás

Pool closes at 6. Everywhere else the pool closes late so people can as after visiting parks. Property overall is brand new and nice. They don’t clean the rooms unless you request if so found the small trash can very annoying.

The rooftop pool and bar is a very nice feature. The bathroom was NOT functional; no cabinet, a standalone sink separating from the wall, no hooks for hanging towels, etc.

Really nice. Close to all the Universal attractions and other smaller parks. Also not far from Disney Springs. Its a great location if you do not want to be in the center of the hustle and bustle yet close to everything you need. Only con was that I had to watch my credit card because we were double charged for a days stay. They did fix it right away. The hotel really is a beautiful place to stay.
